I am very pleased with this product. It is a great machine. I love the scent pad which is provided. It is quiet and steam cleans my floor and carpet perfectly. Thank you for this product Bissell!! I love it.

I love my new PowerFresh Scrubbing & Sanitizing Steam Mop. I'm so happy I made this purchase. The mop pads are thick and clean with no streaking, and it's easy to use. My floors look amazing when finished, and the floors dry fast.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never had a steam mop before and I don't know how I was able to clean without one. I really enjoy it. The water container can be detached from the mop to refill (they are not all detachable). I really like the scented puck and hopefully they will be available again. The only downside, I got used to a cordless vacuum, I would have liked a cordless steam mop and or a little extra (20-30$), you can get the steam mop that has a few accessories - had i known, i would have bought the other one. But it doesn't take away that this is a great steam mop, I totally recommend it.

I love this steam mop, it does the job cleaning and sanitizing better than other bigger machines. I had one before. The reason for only 4 stars is that they seem to start leaking after only a few months of use and I have to replace it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steamer works great. We had a previous model that went out, so we purchased this one. I would give it a higher rating, almost gave four, but the one issue with this one makes it somewhat of a pain. To add more water, you have to remove the canister as the fill is on the bottom. It may sound like nothing, but with our old one we could fill it easily from the top, which when you're in the middle of cleaning is a huge plus. We will have to see how this plays out as we've only used it a couple times so far. Hopefully it's not as much of a pain as I'm thinking it will be.

Am really aggravated with the hose not staying in the wand when using, keeps falling out to easily, however, the suction is great and being lightweight and easily pulling it around

This steamer does not deliver actual steam, only heat really. Most steamers have a trigger you can pull to deliver the moisture along with the steam, but all this steamer really does is heat the floor up. It doesn't really steam or clean, kind of just makes the floor hot. Will be returning.

Very lite however, you can only use water. Well, must be Distilled water only. No chemicals at all can be used. The tank is small, will be doing several refill's. Then it's so loose that it turns sideways as you mop. Leaves streaks behind when all darted up. I had to mop with regular mop to get them off. I would not recommend this to anyone.

I bought this product a little over a year ago because it had great reviews. At first, it worked really well unto last week (05/12/21). But the first real issue is the unstable upright handle, which will fall down if you are not careful. Its pivot connection to the base is weak too. Today (05/31/21), the steam stopped working, and it leaks water from a weeping hole in the back, so happy Memorial Day. Extremely disappointing, but I gave this product a shot. Will I buy it again? No. Rather than spending $149 for something that might break in a year, rent a professional floor cleaner, use a traditional mop bucket, or buy a wet/dry vacuum.
