I am very pleased with this product. It is a great machine. I love the scent pad which is provided. It is quiet and steam cleans my floor and carpet perfectly. Thank you for this product Bissell!! I love it.

I can't say enough good things about this steamer. It's simple, easy to use, and lightweight. Steaming my tile floors is a breeze. I just wish I could buy additional covers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great right out of the box. I do use distilled water to help the unit last that much longer. Stubborn dirt is no match, I just let the steam mop sit a second over the stain and the muddy paw prints are gone.

Great little steam machine. Seems to get the floor clean with less effort than using the mop and bucket. Plus no more detergent. It is great to have a clean floor with just water and less work. The product gets 5 stars but having to wait an extra 5 days to get the product was not good. 2 out of three items in the order were wrong, but as I said the product is good the shipping department needs some help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop replaced my h2o mop and I'm very pleased. The head and water container are larger, meaning less cleaning time. The cord is longer as well, meaning less plugging and unplugging around the house. I wish it would work long term with tap water, but picking up a bottle of distilled every once in a while is no big deal.

Any dirt/spills/stains on the floor come off with ease. I also use it to steam clean the floor in my in-home gym and I purchased the carpet attachment and even steam over the rubber black matting in my gym space. Definitely recommend this steam mop and the carpet attachment!

I love this steam mop, it does the job cleaning and sanitizing better than other bigger machines. I had one before. The reason for only 4 stars is that they seem to start leaking after only a few months of use and I have to replace it.

It does the job, however, the steam is going constantly, my older model had a button so ot wouldn't have the steam going all the time, I wish this one had the "on demand" option

Very lite however, you can only use water. Well, must be Distilled water only. No chemicals at all can be used. The tank is small, will be doing several refill’s. Then it’s so loose that it turns sideways as you mop. Leaves streaks behind when all darted up. I had to mop with regular mop to get them off. I would not recommend this to anyone.
