The unit is great on our tile floors as well as hardwood. A bonus is the pads from the old one fit this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many years of service from my Oreck Steam Mop which finally bite the dust and was too costly to repair as it has been discontinued, we decided to switch back to Bissell. Prior to Oreck we were devoted to the less than $100 unit for several years. Each time they failed we just replaced it with a new unit. Hopefully this fantastic Power Fresh unit gives us at 2 yrs of great service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the PowerFresh Steam Mop Hard Floor Steam Cleaner to clean both my ceramic tile floors and my laminate wood floors. It does a great job cleaning my floors and since it uses distilled water, I know there are no harmful chemicals left on my floor. I use the Level 3 Steam Setting for the ceramic tile floors and the Level 1 Steam Setting for the laminate flooring.

I like the idea of using steam to clean my floors - to kill germs and no residue buildup from products. I have used the unit once on the three different floors and liked it. I am pleased with the three options for moisture on the steam mop. I used the first setting (least amount of water) on my hardwoods and the third setting (most amount of water) on my tile and linoleum floors. I do need to purchase additional mop pads as my floors get too dirty from the kids and pets. I was very pleased and surprised by how clean the linoleum floor was with very little work. My old steam mop didn't do that good of a job. Two passes on the dirty areas and the floor was clean (by the dog water bowl). The cord is nice length - it allows you to mop an entire room. A negative for me is the no on/off button. Overall I am very pleased with the steam mop. My daughter was impressed with the linoleum floor so she tested the mop on her tile floors. She was impressed with the unit and also liked it. I guess I better watch out or my steam mop might go missing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just moved into a condo with white tile and badly stained grout. Bought the Power Fresh Steam Map after reading several positive reviews. It works just as advertised, and the attached easy scrubber brush cleaned all the grout to almost new. It was very easy to use and the water tank held enough water to finish all the floors in my condo without a refill. The scented discs are a nice addition and leave the rooms smelling fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well , it takes a minute to heat and when you run out of cord and have to unplug it and plug back in then it must reheat again all over. Otherwise I really like it. Cleans well , water bottle hold enough water to do most of the house .

I use it on my tile floors in kitchen/great room, laundry room & linoleum bathroom floors. Three levels of steam ready immediately, wonderfully long power cord. Even cleans grout. Easy to use, comes with 4 cloth cleaning pads. I use distilled water. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is absolutely amazing. So far I have only used on a kitchen floor but after years where washing the floor doesn't get out the dirt that gets in to the grooves without a scrubbing brush this worked miracles and looks like a brand new floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product on hardwood floors. The steam amount is sufficient. I think, though, that you also need to "dry" the area that you are steaming in order to pick up all the dirt. The steam does a good job, but you need a second appliance or way to dry the area in order to complete the job.
