[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the PowerFresh Steam Mop. I have used it twice now and it does a fine job. I am so happy not to use a mop and a pail. It is very easy to use and for my home I have to fill the reservoir twice to get the job done. I use Publix purified water which apparently is the same as distilled water. I've washed the mop head twice now and I wish it would come out looking cleaner. I like the perfume disks that came with the mop. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase and I hope the product lasts for years.

I keep going back to them because they do clean well and there really isn't anyone else making a reasonably priced steam mop besides Shark. I clean for a living and have learned a lot through trial and error. First of all, only use distilled water in the mop. If you don't, it will last just passed the one-year warranty. Secondly, be aware they are not for all wood floors. Also, they are not recommended for wood floors that were sealed in a factory. This is because steam can get between the boards where there may not be a good amount of poly to protect the wood. Do not leave a hot mop sitting on linoleum. It will turn it white and this may not ever go away. The mop is great for tile surfaces , but it doesn't really clean the grout very well. Also, some grout becomes discolored and turns white. Finally, don't plug in the mop, leave it standing up right, and walk away. I had one that turned on by itself, and ruined a floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5 star reviews are correct! I used it on tile & vinyl flooring - the vinyl actually squeaks when I walk on it after use - what a pleasure. My previous steam mop had a small triangular head extending mop time - this rectangular mop head is large making a quick job of cleaning. The cat's litter box area is easy to maintain also. Great product

Understanding it's not a endless water supply. I just have to fill often for man cave. I understand size is a factor my cave floor area isn't huge. I love it non the less...

I use it on my tile floors in kitchen/great room, laundry room & linoleum bathroom floors. Three levels of steam ready immediately, wonderfully long power cord. Even cleans grout. Easy to use, comes with 4 cloth cleaning pads. I use distilled water. Highly recommend.

When I was able to get down on the floor and wash by hand occasionally, it was Ok but now I am not able to do so and this steam cleaner did a great job getting in the grooves making the floor a lot more clean than it has been in a while with a Swiffer mop. It will take at least one more hard cleaning to get it all the way cleaned up but I was totally impressed with the first go around and am glad I purchased this unit. #sweepstakes

It is so quick and easy, and gets the floor cleaner than I have been able to get them in the past with other methods! I have other Bissell products, but not this one. So happy a friend recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my Bissell Steam Mop! I take it to all my family members house and clean their floors with it too! I was previously using a shark steam mop, and it does not come close to cleaning as good as my Bissell.
