[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased the PowerFresh Steam Mop for my tile floors and love this product. I was skeptical that it would clean as well as stated online but, I am a believer. I get a superior clean on tiles without streaks AND no residue. My floor are much cleaner and when you use the Eucalyptus Mint water your house smells fantastic. It's very easy to use, fairly lightweight and I love that the mop heads are washable. I strongly suggest purchasing extra mop heads to have on hand. They get pretty grungy. I can totally recommend this product.

Swivel head is extra nice! I actually enjoyed steaming all 2600 sq ft of tile!! Oh....and the floor dries really quick!!!

Works great on our laminate floors-kitchen, hallway, bathrooms, 3 bedrooms. Would be nice if it could leave a sheen. Thin wax maybe? This one replaced the same unit that started leaking after 10 years. The price directly thru Bissell was $10 less than everywhere else I checked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 5 star reviews are correct! I used it on tile & vinyl flooring - the vinyl actually squeaks when I walk on it after use - what a pleasure. My previous steam mop had a small triangular head extending mop time - this rectangular mop head is large making a quick job of cleaning. The cat's litter box area is easy to maintain also. Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I use this mop every where, kitchen, bathroom, man cave. I guess with all this type of mops the water tanks depletion. Understanding it's not a endless water supply. I just have to fill often for man cave. I understand size is a factor my cave floor area isn't huge. I love it non the less...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently moved into an apartment with all vinyl floors. I found using a wet swiffer just doesn't do a good job. A friend has the same model Bissell that I ordered. She loves hers so I bought mine and couldn't be happier. I can't believe how dirty my floors get!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was mopping three times with a Swiffer mop and my floors were still not clean nor were my socks in the winter or feet in the summer! My neighbor loaned me her Power Steam Mop and I was so impressed by the clean floor that I ordered the Bissell Steam Mop the same day on-line and received it from Bissell two days later. I definitely recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 2 dogs, & laminate flooring, so we are constantly cleaning the floors. I owned one of these before & It was fantastic. this new one seems to have some issues with it though. When I'm finished it seems to leak water out at the bottom. My other one, I could leave the water in the machine & it never leaked when I was done. The box was also obliterated, with a huge wide gash on the side & bottom, as if something very heavy had been placed on it in shipping. I'll have to get in touch with Bissell, and see.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We get a lot of foot traffic on our laminate flooring in the Kitchen and Family room. We tried using a Swiffer, which was fine for a while. But, the steam clean we get from this Bissel product is much better, especially for the Kitchen and Dining areas. It is as convenient as the Swiffer, but we are not obligated to keep buying the proprietary cleaning pads and spray fluid.
