[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Incredibly easy to use and gentle on my floors. One scrubber pad made it through my entire kitchen and dining room. Previously I've used Swiffer wetjets but they break, are harder to use, and it'll take 3-4 pads to get all of the dirt from my two dogs. This is a must have item if you live in desert or dusty areas where fine dust accumulates on everything.

But I've bought this a second time bc it gets the floors cleaned... simply. The other devices have their place. Rollers and vacuums and changing the water out. They work. They are intense.... But they are .... involved. This is simply, very hot steam, on a mop head and... pow!!... clean. Squeak my shoes on the floor clean. Add an extra mop head to do the whole house, add a scented disk and it smells clean. The price is right for the (simple) clean you get.

Only con is that it did leave a bit of a "streaky" appearance. Interested to see what the appearance of the floors will be after regular uses and if that "streaky" appearance goes away

I especially like the idea of not using harsh soaps because I have dogs and would prefer a natural approach. This mop does a great job, is easy to use and is lightweight.

So far, I have not been disappointed and love how easy it is to get the tile and grout SO clean! The floors dry very quickly and to walk on them without a sticky feel after cleaning is very nice on the feet. We are a "shoes off inside the house" family and it's nice to have clean, sanitized floors that feel great on the feet. So happy I purchased my Bissell!

We were so impressed with the results of using the first floor steamer we bought in 2019 that we decided to buy a second unit as a backup. The steam cleaner is easier to use than a mop or Swiffer-type cleaner, and leaves the house clean and feeling fresh. This steam cleaner is a great tool at a time when sanitizing and disinfecting is especially important for household health.

This is a great machine. I ditched the mop for a while thanks to this machine. Downfall is you cannot get under furniture like you can with a small mop. Other than that I love it. I'm sorry I didn't try it out any sooner. Too bad for me. I have told all my friends about it.

The steam quickly removes dirt and it is easy to change the steam settings to move from hardwood floors to tiles. It was very reasonably priced and I'm quite happy with it so far!!

It is amazing how clean this mop gets the floors! As soon as I used it the floors were shining. I believe you could eat off them they are that clean. Not only does it do the job but it is so easy to use. Everyone should have one of these!
