[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was ready to rip my tile floor up. It has small crevices is it that the only way I could get out was with a scrub brush. And on my hands and knees. This was a back breaking chore. Then I took a chance on one more steam mop. I tried bissell. The angels sang. Wow. I can keep my floor and have a product that works to keep it clean. Grandchildren, 4 cats and 3 dogs, bring it on. I got this now.

I use my steam cleaner on all my hard surfaces. It works just great and picks up a lot of dirt. I used to have a Haan steam mop, but it wasn't as effective as the Bissell steam mop. I couldn't believe how dirty the mop head was when I was done. I do wish it had an indicator light to show when the water level was low and the water tank is a little hard to remove. I like how agile the mop head is. The built in scrubber is an added plus in a kitchen floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use this to clean my newly installed vinyl flooring. Have three cats, two seniors and a ten month old, and there are some days that have a lot of " accidents". Never has it been easier to get the floor clean and without having to do the hassle of waiting for the water to get hot and finding a cleaner I like. Cleaner is easy to get ready, heats in less than a minute and if I need it, the scrub brush is attached to the bottom of the machine and don't have to bend to do the scrubbing.

I really liked my previous steamer which is the same as this purchase but for the life of me why did you change the water fill the old one was great easy to open this one I already struggle with the pull up to get it out the lips are to small to get it out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clean good on tile floors. The foot brush is not very useful, but doesn't interfere with normal cleaning. The center of the mop pad doesn't do much cleaning, if you look at the bottom the dirt only accumulated around the edge and where the frame touches the mop pad.

For the first time I have also used it on low steam for a laminate entry floor as well as a slate floor in bathroom. It is so convenient to have a choice to use for each floor type and all with excellent results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd steam mop. My last one was a Bissell. It lasted for several years, so I bought a new Bissell. Heats up quickly, steam is very hot. Like the fact I do not have to hold down a button for the steam. My hands are weak so having the steam always on is perfect for me. I use it on tile floors about twice a week. Light weight, water tank is easy to fill. Cord is really long. All positive for my use.

I have used steam mops for over a decade and this is by far the most efficient and best performing mop I have used to date. I highly recommend the carpet refresher attachment for area rugs. Truly helpful and easy to assemble and use product.

Never owned a steam mop before, so I didn't know what to expect. I've used this a few times and so far am impressed with how much dirt it removes from my tile floors. Holding it in place for 15 seconds in each area to kill germs is very time consuming, so I tend to reserve that for the bathroom areas. Overall, I really like the product.
