[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend the Power Fresh Steam Mop Hard Floor Steam Cleaner! I bought this for myself as a Christmas gift and love it! It is light weight, easy to maneuver, and quick to pull out and use. I use it on my kitchen linoleum floor, my bathroom tile, and through out my home on our 100+ years hardwood floors. Wow! This Steam cleaner cleans and does so without harsh chemicals! I plan on purchasing a second one for my MIL.

The second one is gift for my sister after she tried my new mop out and loved the ease of cleaning the floor. My other sister tried my new mop and immediately went out and bought herself one. We have become firm believers in our Bissell PowerFresh Steam Mops.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd steam cleaner for the floor, so I do hope it lasts more than 2 years. I like that the water tank holds enough water so that it does not require a refill mid-job. The terrycloth mop pad is a little difficult to wrap around the mop head. Other steam cleaners have a velcro easy touch placement. I do think this will get easier with use. Be sure to use distilled water every time. Wash the mop pad before first use. I read that after I used it, but no harm done. This machine works very well. I just got it and only used it twice.

Works great and cleans great with just steam and distilled water . Main use is on porcelain floors. Easy to use . Scent discs give a good smell when done .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love this machine! It cleans exceptionally well, is lightweight, & easy to use on my tile floors. No streaking either. I have laminate flooring also but I am afraid to try it d/t possibly warping the floors. My only complaint is that you must go & unplug it if you need to stop for anything. #sweepstakes

I use the PowerFresh 1940 on my linoleum kitchen floor, slate entryway, and ceramic bathroom floor. It works great on the ceramic bathroom floor (5 stars), pretty good on the linoleum kitchen floor (4 stars), and not very good on the slate entryway (1). It leaves a white residue streak over parts of my dark colored slate entryway. I think that's because many, many years ago, I put wax on it to add a shine. I would suggest not letting the steamer sit on your floor while you wait for the steam to stop after you turn it off. I'm afraid it may ruin the floor so I have to hold it up in the air until it cools down. Next time, I will have something ready to set the steamer on so I don't have to hold it while I move furniture. I give it 5 stars for drying fast and it is quicker than the way I previously cleaned my floors. After I solve the problem of having to keep holding it up off the floor so the steam doesn't sit on one spot as I move furniture, I'm sure I will give it a much higher rating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PowerFresh Steam Mop is fabulous. It is lightweight, produces steam very quickly and is simple to operate. Cleaning floors is much easier for me now. Our house has almost 2,000 sq.ft. of flooring. My physical abilities are very limited so I researched to find a steamer that I would be able to operate. I'm glad I chose the PowerFresh Steam Mop. I love the mop pads - they work great, are durable, easy to remove and wash well. My floors are now clean and fresh. It used to take me weeks to clean a floor in one room (due to physical challenges) now I can clean a room in minutes. Great value for my budget. I highly recommend this Bissell product. I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steamer works great. We had a previous model that went out, so we purchased this one. I would give it a higher rating, almost gave four, but the one issue with this one makes it somewhat of a pain. To add more water, you have to remove the canister as the fill is on the bottom. It may sound like nothing, but with our old one we could fill it easily from the top, which when you're in the middle of cleaning is a huge plus. We will have to see how this plays out as we've only used it a couple times so far. Hopefully it's not as much of a pain as I'm thinking it will be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the product for the first time on my hardwood floors. It definitely did a good job of cleaning based on the look of the mop pad after. Only con is that it did leave a bit of a "streaky" appearance. Interested to see what the appearance of the floors will be after regular uses and if that "streaky" appearance goes away

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love this steam mop! It is so easy to use! We use it on our kitchen floor after our toddler eats, it's very effective and makes my tile floor look great! It is not as effective on grout as I thought it would be, but I am still a raving fan!
