[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased the PowerFresh Steam Mop for my tile floors and love this product. I was skeptical that it would clean as well as stated online but, I am a believer. I get a superior clean on tiles without streaks AND no residue. My floor are much cleaner and when you use the Eucalyptus Mint water your house smells fantastic. It's very easy to use, fairly lightweight and I love that the mop heads are washable. I strongly suggest purchasing extra mop heads to have on hand. They get pretty grungy. I can totally recommend this product.

I'd give 3 1/2 stars if I could. I like this steam mop but I dislike how long it takes to start up, even when it's already hot. I had to unplug to go room to room and each time it took the same amount of time as the original plug in for the light to stop flashing and be "ready". Wasted a lot of time waiting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Bissell Steam Mop! It is so easy to use and does a fantastic job on both my tile and hard wood floors. I love that I can throw the mop covers in the wash- I'm trying to be much more conscious of my contributions to the land fills so something that is NOT disposable is attractive to me. I also like the fact that I can add essential oils to my steam cleaning routine. The entire system is extremely easy to use and I have the comfort that I'm "green cleaning" which is my main goal these days. I'm extremely happy with my new purchase from Bissell!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our steam mop on our kitchen and bathroom floors. It is easy-to-use, lightweight, and gives a much deeper better clean than our old swiffer mop. I like that cleaning products are not used, as I don't care for residue and heavy scents.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had previously vacuumed my ceramic floors weekly, then followed with wet, heavy Swiffer pads. I thought my floors were clean. I was wrong! I was shocked at how much dirt I wasn't picking up after using my new Bissell. And, the grout shined!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is absolutely amazing. So far I have only used on a kitchen floor but after years where washing the floor doesn't get out the dirt that gets in to the grooves without a scrubbing brush this worked miracles and looks like a brand new floor.

It is kind of scary how much dirt gets picked up - guess those Swifters weren't all that swift! Easy to refill, like the little peek-a-boo window on the side to keep track of the amount of water is left. And the price was right!

We have a small dog and I washed the floors regularly "the old fashioned way" but this was easier and just as good if not better. I have bought one for my home and my daughters as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love the way the scent disks smell. wish the steam cleanser had a trigger or something because when moving from one room to the other have to turn off and then back on if i need to clean up a little 1st. also love that it came with the carpet refresher ... would have loved to know what it was in the manual ... i had no idea

Recently , we have purchased the Green machine for pet households and it's fabulous. No need to play around with other cleaners or rentals. It does a better job than the commercial companies plus you can use it anytime for touch ups. Sharon M
