[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the steam mop for my wood floors. Easy to use, gets the floors clean, lightweight to handle and store. So far, I really like it. Not 5 stars just because I haven't used it enough yet to see how it holds up. I've only had it a few weeks.

We thought they needed to be replaced - but that's out of our budget right now. They were not in bad shape - just old and dirty. The Bissell steam mop has been a God-send. It cleaned up all our floors so they look great. Then, a couple of coats of floor polish and our floors are beautiful! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy, light weight, cord is long. I use in low mode and its very low heat. The whole house is clean in like 5 min. It's wet, so there's a bit of resistance when u move it back and fro, so it picks up all the dirt. I love it. Have a toddler so this is perfect.

When I bought this I was hoping to be able to use it on all my tile floor area. It's not really designed for large areas. The little brush on the back doesn't help as much as I had hoped, and you end up just pushing dirt around, but for small areas, it's great. I really like it for my bathroom floors. A lot of unseen things on these floors. To do my larger areas, I got the Bissell Crosswave, which I like except I wish they had figured a way to separate the dry dirt from the dirty water. Clean up can be a little gross. If I need to do a little extra cleaning around the base boards and certain areas I'll use the Steam mop. I have yet to find the perfect floor cleaner, but so far both these products do make my life easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well , it takes a minute to heat and when you run out of cord and have to unplug it and plug back in then it must reheat again all over. Otherwise I really like it. Cleans well , water bottle hold enough water to do most of the house .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fact that all you need is water to sanitize your floors is wonderful. No harsh chemicals, no lingering odors. The mop is fairly light and super simple to use. I kind of enjoy mopping and seeing the floors shine. It came with 2 scented tablets that sit in the mop head, but I haven't used them yet, and 2 interchangeable mop heads. The water canister is small yet surprisingly you rarely have to refill it. The only three downsides I'd say are that it's a little hard to push on our hardwood floors, it takes a bit more effort which can be tiresome. It would also be nice if it was cordless. The cord is has a generous length so you don't have to continuously plug and unplug as you mop but having to uncoil and coil it gets annoying. Understandably, it would be much more expensive if it were cordless but a thing to consider perhaps as an option. Lastly, the water canister is a little tricky to take out. Overall, I love our purchase, I think it was well worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have bamboo floors and a dog that tracks in everything. After the first mopping I couldn't believe the dirt it picked up! And the fact that all you need is water makes it SO much better as I do not use cleaning products with chemicals in them.

I purchased this item since my daughter was looking for a steam mop with her new place with tile floor, so I recommended this item and she liked the review she saw as well, and now she's got it and she loves it. and we love it too, so easy to operate and sanitize whole floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to quickly clean pet messes on my tile floors. I love that it heats up quickly, comes with two pads, and allows you to scrub. I find myself turning to this often for spills throughout the house. I'm hopeful that my Bissell will last longer than the brand I previously purchased.

The mop is easy to use, and heats up quickly. I'm just not sure it's really getting my floors clean, I have a slate floor and it's rough surface is difficult to mop, I had hoped the steam mop would make it easier. But I feel like it just dampens and heats the floor without picking up much dirt. Sanitizing takes 15-20 seconds so there's no way I could sanitize my entire floor at that pace, it would take hours! The mop pads do not seem to come clean in the wash, I expected them to at least look cleanish after washing if not pristine white. They are almost as brown as they were before I used them, after soaking and washing twice.
