When I bought this I was hoping to be able to use it on all my tile floor area. It's not really designed for large areas. The little brush on the back doesn't help as much as I had hoped, and you end up just pushing dirt around, but for small areas, it's great. I really like it for my bathroom floors. A lot of unseen things on these floors. To do my larger areas, I got the Bissell Crosswave, which I like except I wish they had figured a way to separate the dry dirt from the dirty water. Clean up can be a little gross. If I need to do a little extra cleaning around the base boards and certain areas I'll use the Steam mop. I have yet to find the perfect floor cleaner, but so far both these products do make my life easier.

The mop is easy to use, and heats up quickly. I'm just not sure it's really getting my floors clean, I have a slate floor and it's rough surface is difficult to mop, I had hoped the steam mop would make it easier. But I feel like it just dampens and heats the floor without picking up much dirt. Sanitizing takes 15-20 seconds so there's no way I could sanitize my entire floor at that pace, it would take hours! The mop pads do not seem to come clean in the wash, I expected them to at least look cleanish after washing if not pristine white. They are almost as brown as they were before I used them, after soaking and washing twice.

The steam and Stanley Steamer spot remover got all the dirt out. Using steam is the only way to clean carpets. It's a great steamer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So easy to use! Just turn on and go. Even good for a quick clean up. Our new kitty left a puddle on the tile and I was trying to run out the door to work. Took less than 5 minutes to clean up and no smell left behind.

Brand new user so still getting used to using the machine. First time using it seemed to not steam as much as I thought it should. Next time out I let it warm up a bit before starting to clean the floor. I have noticed that the floors look noticeably cleaner.

I find myself turning to this often for spills throughout the house. I'm hopeful that my Bissell will last longer than the brand I previously purchased.

So far, I really like how much dirt is picked up in the pad. It seems to do a very thorough job of cleaning. The water filling system is very easy to use. The scrubbing option could be a bit better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd floor steamer. The first 2 were of the same brand, which I won't mention. I loved the first one. Hated the 2nd! Then I took my chances with the Bissell. I love it. I like the size of the mop head. It has the removable water tank that I didn't have on my last one. I love that I have a choice of 3 steam settings. Tank holds more than enough water to clean all the floors I have to clean. I'm glad it came with 2 mop head covers. By the looks of them when I am done steaming my floors, it is doing a super job. The weight is good, not too heavy. I wish the cord was about a foot longer. Price was good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the product overall. It cleans the floors and leaves them spotless without any use of harsh chemicals. One thing I would improve is being able to use it with regular tap water instead of buying distilled water all the time. Also I was hoping this product would clean better the grout joints on my ceramic floors it is mainly the reason why I bought it, however after 3 times usage they are slightly lighter. Overall Im happy with my purchase as Im a dog owner and I have 3 small kids but there is always room for improvement.

The small brush that you can press down (and one thing I was looking forward to) is to be honest useless. It does not really provide any difference in the cleaning process - although it sounded like a great concept. The steamer itself is good until the cloth gets too wet and then it is just water. I love the long cord that it comes with and the size of the water receptacle as it allows to clean a bigger surface than my previous one.
