I'm also glad I bought the extra pads, scented water and pads, to safe on shipping charges later. The triangular head that comes with the steamer works great in corners and small areas.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to use on my hardwood and tile floors. I could not believe how well this cleaned. For stuck on tough dirt stains (that with a regular mop I would have to scrape off the floor UGH!) all I had to do was keep it over the spot for an additional 5-10 seconds and gone! We get a lot of foot traffic in our house with the kids and their friends as well as 2 cats and 2 large dogs. I was really impressed! I would recommend to anyone looking for not only a thorough clean but also an easy one.

In high gloss areas streaks tend to be left behind when the pad is soaked with extended usage. Would be better when used in conjuction with drying slippers.

Was unable to get the online registration site to accept ANY password, very frustrating; tried on two separate days. Unable to reach a person to correct situation. Baddd experience that I won't repeat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use this to clean my newly installed vinyl flooring. Have three cats, two seniors and a ten month old, and there are some days that have a lot of " accidents". Never has it been easier to get the floor clean and without having to do the hassle of waiting for the water to get hot and finding a cleaner I like. Cleaner is easy to get ready, heats in less than a minute and if I need it, the scrub brush is attached to the bottom of the machine and don't have to bend to do the scrubbing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Steam Mop on my tiled floors. Works great -- easy to swivel and covers a good swath when mopping. I especially like the choice of how much steam to use, depending on the dirt and grime on the floor.

I love the fact that you can turn the steam on and off when you want to and that there are 3 steam settings, the steamer head is large, AND that it stands upright on its own! Love it! Love it! Love it!

I just purchased my hard floor steam cleaner a few weeks ago. I am very happy with the results I have gotten from it. I have 3 furbabies so it's important to me to use as few chemicals as possible around them. This does the job and is chemical free. The only thing I would change is I wish you would get to mop cloths instead of just the one. That way if one was in the wash there would be another one available.
