It leaves the floor a little bit more damp than my previous steamers (different brand), but if it continues to do well, I'm buying the rotating mop steamer. Very happy. I'm using ONLY distilled water. Please note that. I killed two other steamers (not Bissell) by using tap water. Just don't do it.

I have hardwood laminent in the bedrooms and living room and tile throughout the kitchen hallways and foyer and this makes cleaning a breeze. Love the scented water. (Wish it was cheaper)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with the lightweight steam mop. First use gave me clean floors with little effort and using the steam mop was easy on my back. The mop is very maneuverable with a head that easily swivels into corners, around furniture and under counters. I got about 20 minutes of steam from one tank of water and decided to order two additional tanks to help me complete cleaning tasks without having to go across the house to get more bottled water. The PowerFresh Steam Mop does the job and I am pleased with the product.

I used this to clean my floors after a fire extinguisher was used and drywall was put up so the floors were all kinds of filthy and this was the only mop that cleaned the mess up instead of just spreading it around

We have a lot of tile in our house. This mop works great. I especially like that you can adjust the amount of steam it puts out. With our last one we couldn't do that and as a result the floors were overly wet and we had to add water to the reservoir several times to complete the job. Do not have the same problem with this mop and it even has a smaller holding tank. Probably due to the fact that you can adjust the steam output. Love this mop.

No more heavy buckets of dirty water and wringing out mops. Gross. This steamer is a dream to work and my floors never looked better. Honestly this is an awesome steam cleaner. Thank you Bissell.

Mopping usually hurts my back after a while trying to get the sticky stuff up off the tile so this is a back saver big time
