I really enjoy how the water filter can be taken off and refilled. Definitely worth the money for the ease of cleaning floors. Especially if you have children.

I first saw it in action at a friend's house; I saw how well it cleaned the floors and decided to purchase my own. Wet Swiffers only take care of part of the issue when cleaning - they don't disinfect. We have 2 large dogs and this mop cleans well, makes the house smell great (I used the Citrus Water) and does not streak the wood or tile floors - which a Wet Swiffer WILL do. I am so happy with the product and so glad I bought one for our home!

I have concrete floors and 6 cats , plus ,I live on a working farm. This cleans and sanitizes like no other cleaning device on the market. I like mine so much that I purchased one for my mother who has dogs ( and a husband who wears work shoes in the house) to use one her new LVP floors . So much cleaner and easier to use than a mop and what becomes a dirty bucket of water. So easy , just fill , plug -in , clean, and toss the reusable microfiber mop head into the washer .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd steam cleaner for the floor, so I do hope it lasts more than 2 years. I like that the water tank holds enough water so that it does not require a refill mid-job. The terrycloth mop pad is a little difficult to wrap around the mop head. Other steam cleaners have a velcro easy touch placement. I do think this will get easier with use. Be sure to use distilled water every time. Wash the mop pad before first use. I read that after I used it, but no harm done. This machine works very well. I just got it and only used it twice.

The unit is great on our tile floors as well as hardwood. A bonus is the pads from the old one fit this one.

I tried other steam mops and cleaners and this is the best. I use it on all of my hard floors and use it with the frame for touch up carpet cleaning.

The Bissell PowerFresh is a must have to keep floors clean while killing bacteria with out the use of harsh chemicals. It is the only mop that leaves a completely streak free clean. We couldn't be happier with our Bissell!
