[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Use this to clean my newly installed vinyl flooring. Have three cats, two seniors and a ten month old, and there are some days that have a lot of " accidents". Never has it been easier to get the floor clean and without having to do the hassle of waiting for the water to get hot and finding a cleaner I like. Cleaner is easy to get ready, heats in less than a minute and if I need it, the scrub brush is attached to the bottom of the machine and don't have to bend to do the scrubbing.

And on my hands and knees. This was a back breaking chore. Then I took a chance on one more steam mop. I tried bissell. The angels sang. Wow. I can keep my floor and have a product that works to keep it clean. Grandchildren, 4 cats and 3 dogs, bring it on. I got this now.

The second one is gift for my sister after she tried my new mop out and loved the ease of cleaning the floor. My other sister tried my new mop and immediately went out and bought herself one. Love the steam vac. Bought one for myself and saw how wonderful my floors looked. Went out and bought one for my parents and worked wonderful on there floors. Excellent for someone who has asthma and copd. My mom can not breathe with smells of chemicals this steam vac does a beautiful job on her floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product with the hope that the steam would sanitize my granite floor without using any chemicals. However, I don't think the steam is hot enough for such purpose. It basically likes cleaning the floor with warm water, although I could see a little steam coming out at the head. Due to the weak steam, the floor is still wet after mopping. It is convenient that I don't need a pal of water, but inconvenient that I have to fill up the small tank with distilled water. Since the steam is not strong, carpet refreshing is almost useless. Again it is like wiping the carpet with warm water. I think I will use this product once every 2 weeks at the most, and I hope it will keep working due to low usage.

My friend suggested I buy this steamer and I can't believe the difference. Not only did it get stains out, I realized just mopping wasn't doing the job on all my floors, it even brightened up the grout in bathrooms. Highly recommend, KJ

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many years of service from my Oreck Steam Mop which finally bite the dust and was too costly to repair as it has been discontinued, we decided to switch back to Bissell. Prior to Oreck we were devoted to the less than $100 unit for several years. Each time they failed we just replaced it with a new unit. Hopefully this fantastic Power Fresh unit gives us at 2 yrs of great service.
