I'd give 3 1/2 stars if I could. I like this steam mop but I dislike how long it takes to start up, even when it's already hot. I had to unplug to go room to room and each time it took the same amount of time as the original plug in for the light to stop flashing and be "ready". Wasted a lot of time waiting.

No more heavy buckets of dirty water and wringing out mops. Gross. This steamer is a dream to work and my floors never looked better. Honestly this is an awesome steam cleaner. Thank you Bissell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent product, does what it needs to do for my hardwoods. Carpet attachment is only good for maybe killing germs, but nothing else. The "scrubby pads" don't scrub anything, so don't waste money (like I did) purchasing extras.

I really liked my previous steamer which is the same as this purchase but for the life of me why did you change the water fill the old one was great easy to open this one I already struggle with the pull up to get it out the lips are to small to get it out

If I were to purchase again I think I would go with the shark professional. But will see how long this one lasts since I made the investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it to use on my tile floors. It's simple to use and does a good job of cleaning without the use of chemicals. It doesn't replace the more thorough cleaning of a mop and bucket as the steam mop doesn't scrub the grout, but it is great for weekly cleaning and gets the job done so much quicker than dragging a bucket and mop around. I will still use a mop and bucket when I feel I need to scrub the grout.

I also used the carpet glider attachment and I love it. What I like most about this steam mop is that not a lot of water comes out at one time, so your floors aren't soaking wet and it dries super fast. Great product! #sweepstakes

The mop is very maneuverable with a head that easily swivels into corners, around furniture and under counters. I got about 20 minutes of steam from one tank of water and decided to order two additional tanks to help me complete cleaning tasks without having to go across the house to get more bottled water. The PowerFresh Steam Mop does the job and I am pleased with the product.

I find myself turning to this often for spills throughout the house. I'm hopeful that my Bissell will last longer than the brand I previously purchased.
