[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome steam mop!! Had been wet mopping with a squirt & mop method... never seemed clean... the steam mop pads are filthy when I'm done... and in just a few days since kast mopping. It's a great product!

First impression of this machine is a good one, too early to give a complete review, everything is still new. Best way to give a complete review should come after 5 years, let's see if this thing still works. Anyone can make a product that last for a short time, good quality can only be gauged over time

I love this steam mop so much. It gets my tile floors so clean without any chemicals or scrubbing. However, I noticed it wouldn't stand up on its own and kept falling backwards or on its side. I realized if the handle was leaning forward and balanced just so, it would stay up, but after a while it would lose its balance and fall over again. I'd been leaning it against the wall while it was heating up, as there was nothing to click it into place and hold it upright. I watched a Youtube video on the product and noticed they are supposed to stand up on their own like a vacuum cleaner. I contacted the company and received wonderful customer service. I really hope my new one works better, because it does a wonderful job cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this steam mop. It's the 2nd I've owned, the first one was an other brand and I hated it. This one is wonderful, pretty lightweight and easy to use. It does not leak all over the the floor. I've lifted stains out of the floor of my old home which I though were part of the floor! I have two kids and this machine makes me feel like my floors are much safer to crawl on during this pandemic.

It's okay for mopping (i.e., getting your floors wet). That's it. If you're expecting steam while mopping, don't bet on it. My experience has been that it would produce steam while it's not in use but once you start pushing it across the floor, nada. Quite disappointed.

Only used it twice so far. I like the way it cleans my only complaint is the towel sort of comes off of the front when cleaning. Doesn't seem to really change the way it cleans but wish it hooked on a little better. In other reviews I noticed a lot of complaints about the plastic knob for the water tank. It is kind of cheap so I'm just being very careful with it.

Love the Power Fresh Steam Mop. It works well on all types of floors, easy to operate and can get into corners and around things. The scent discs really is a great addition to the steam mop. it is light weight and easy to store. Would recommend to anyone who wants to clean floors and know the job is done well.

I wish it would not start all over with the steam light flashing every time I just move the plug from one outlet to the next. It is only 30 secs each time but when you are doing a big open space its a little annoying. Other than that I do love how it works. It's super light and easy to use, little to no set up for the mop. The scent disc - wish it came in more scents. The one it comes with is quite strong and no other options.

We have a 6 month old puppy who has had some health challenges; primarily severe skin allergies. It has been important to keep his living area clean and chemical free. When I would mop the floor prior to the steam mop purchase, I would have to be sure to remove any soap residue and rinse the floor thoroughly. This was time consuming and I was always worried that I did not get the floor surface clean and soap residue free. Enter into my world the PowerFresh Steam Mop! What a difference it has made. My kitchen floor is clean and chemical free. I no longer worry that the puppy's laying on the floor or playing on the floor is going to have his skin issues exacerbated by chemicals, and in addition, I am sure my floor is super clean for we humans too!
