[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an amazing steam mop. It cleans and sanitizes . I feel confident my floors are clean and my grandchildren are playing on a germ free floor. I have dogs and my area rugs are clean as my floors are. This mop cleans area rugs with an attachment. The ability to control the steam is a great feature. The different mop heads is wonderful for floors. I have had other steam mops from other companies THE BISSEL STEAM MOP IS BY FAR THE BEST ! It's easy to use, to fill the water container the cord is long,.

You can control the levels of steam, and it will steam the pad on the bottom constantly and works very well to clean up any kind of mess. The scent pads are a nice way to freshen up a space, but all it takes is a little water to completely clean and sanitize your floors. I even use this thing on my table, it works wonders!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steamer works great. We had a previous model that went out, so we purchased this one. I would give it a higher rating, almost gave four, but the one issue with this one makes it somewhat of a pain. To add more water, you have to remove the canister as the fill is on the bottom. It may sound like nothing, but with our old one we could fill it easily from the top, which when you're in the middle of cleaning is a huge plus. We will have to see how this plays out as we've only used it a couple times so far. Hopefully it's not as much of a pain as I'm thinking it will be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this because of reviews and recommendation from a family member. I was tired of the mops with single use pads. I felt like I was just spreading the dirt around unless I changed the pad frequently. I also liked the idea of sanitizing the floors. This mop is lightweight and easy to use, swivel head makes maneuvering a breeze! I throw it in the wash, hang it to dry (doesn't take long), and it's ready to use again. I did purchase an extra pad so that I always have one clean. I feel like my floors are cleaner and I'm not continuously spending $ on replacement mop pads; which also cuts down on what's going into my garbage - just trying to do my part! I really like this product and would highly recommend it!

I decided to purchase this handy dandy steamer mop after first purchasing their Pet Pro Carpet Cleaning machine. After using both I've got the cleanest freshest smelling floors in the land for at least a day or two < gr> All kidding aside we live on a small farm and have many animals in North Florida. Sand and hay are the enemy here and both of my Bissell products help make my days so much easier as I get older. The only complaint I have for either is the steam mop could have a nicer and more flexible cord. Besides that I would absolutely recommend both.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the PowerFresh Steam Mop Hard Floor Steam Cleaner to clean both my ceramic tile floors and my laminate wood floors. It does a great job cleaning my floors and since it uses distilled water, I know there are no harmful chemicals left on my floor. I use the Level 3 Steam Setting for the ceramic tile floors and the Level 1 Steam Setting for the laminate flooring.

Along with the aroma scented water that also helps demineralize the water, not only helps with sanitizing flooring, but promote a clean scent in the air. It's nice to take the effort to clean when your senses also detect a fresh scent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how lightweight and easy it is to maneuver, carry upstairs, etc. The swivel head and brush make it so easy to get into difficult places. The cord is nice and long to get around multiple rooms. The 3 steam options are excellent for the variety of floorings that are in my home. The addition of a small scented disc really makes each room smell fresh and clean/without overwhelming you. Love knowing that I have sterilized my home floors! The only part that I am finding difficult is keeping the pad clean, especially if the substance I have cleaned is particularly sticky (eg., hairspray residue).
