[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've looked at the other more "complicated" hard surface cleaners. I've read reviews and watched product demos. But I've bought this a second time bc it gets the floors cleaned... simply. The other devices have their place. Rollers and vacuums and changing the water out. They work. They are intense.... But they are .... involved. This is simply, very hot steam, on a mop head and... pow!!... clean. Squeak my shoes on the floor clean. Add an extra mop head to do the whole house, add a scented disk and it smells clean. The price is right for the (simple) clean you get.

Recently , we have purchased the Green machine for pet households and it's fabulous. No need to play around with other cleaners or rentals. It does a better job than the commercial companies plus you can use it anytime for touch ups. Sharon M

With 1 kid and 2 dogs this takes care of business with no complaints on hardwood and tile. Only takes a few swipes for tough spots and the foot scrub flip down tab makes it effortless! Using my weekly and loving it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mop for use on ceramic tile, laminate wood - type flooring & even gave it a try on my more expensive hard wood floors. It works great on all three cuts my floor cleaning time in half! The only down side is that I would like the mop heads to come out a little cleaner in the wash. Great mop!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product works well for the price paid. Used it twice on 15yr old ceramic tile floors with good results. Some discoloring still shows but much better than a mop & cleanser. Repeated uses may bring them back to like new.

I bought the Bissell Steam Mop to use on our tile and laminate flooring. The directions were easy to follow to begin use. It was suggested to cut the fragrance disk in half. I decided to use the entire disk; it had a very strong fragrance. I'll use half next time I use the steam mop. After mopping the tile with a regular wet mop, I went over the same area with the steam mop. I saw a definite difference in a cleaner, shinier tile floor and better-looking grout. I gave it 4 stars because I need to see how it performs over a long period of time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that I don't need any additional chemicals or cleaning products to give my floors a good cleaning. It makes the job very easy and because if this I clean my floors at least 3x as often as I used to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product with the hope that the steam would sanitize my granite floor without using any chemicals. However, I don't think the steam is hot enough for such purpose. It basically likes cleaning the floor with warm water, although I could see a little steam coming out at the head. Due to the weak steam, the floor is still wet after mopping. It is convenient that I don't need a pal of water, but inconvenient that I have to fill up the small tank with distilled water. Since the steam is not strong, carpet refreshing is almost useless. Again it is like wiping the carpet with warm water. I think I will use this product once every 2 weeks at the most, and I hope it will keep working due to low usage.

Home is done for first time, all hardwood and laminated flooring. We have a small dog and a pee pad area. We used the scrubber pad in this area then left it on for the rest of the house. That makes the unit hard to push around, especially for a tall person as I am. The only other short coming, if that is one, was locating where the scent pad is placed. We probably just overlooked it in the instructions. I was pleasantly surprised to see how long a water tank fill lasted, did 60% or more of our home, (1350 sq ft).
