[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Bissel PowerFresh Steam Mop is perfect for our new tile floor. Our tiles are light cream tones and show dirt and debris easily. I originally planned to use it every 2 weeks, but it is so easy to use that I am using it more often. What makes the mop so easy to use is that it is very lightweight and it heats up so quickly. It really makes mopping the floor fun rather than a heavy chore. The children even think its fun.

You can see the steam, it glides smooth, the fresh scent disc makes the house smell good, I like that it also had long cord. I have a small house about 1300 sq ft and I was able to use the water I filled it up with and was surprised I didn't need to refill it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love it. Our tile floors are heavily textured resulting in dirt filling in the cracks and crevices of the texture. Regular mopping does not get the dirt out. Neither does Swiffer. We have had to get down on all fours and scrub with small brush using baking soda and vinegar. We bought this steam mop with skepticism thinking it probably was not going to work and taking into consideration it only requires distilled water. We were totally shocked when it actually worked. Wow! Couldn't believe it. We were ready to pull up tile and get something less labor intensive to maintain but this steam mop changed everything. If you are thinking about purchasing one just go for it. You will be happy that you did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy, light weight, cord is long. I use in low mode and its very low heat. The whole house is clean in like 5 min. It's wet, so there's a bit of resistance when u move it back and fro, so it picks up all the dirt. I love it. Have a toddler so this is perfect.

Easy to assemble, use, and does a great job on my tile floors. Long cord and larger water container are great. My husband doesn't clean the floors but he said "I think I would use this one."

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have bamboo floors and a dog that tracks in everything. After the first mopping I couldn't believe the dirt it picked up! And the fact that all you need is water makes it SO much better as I do not use cleaning products with chemicals in them.

I tested my mother's Shark, which she loves, and read many reviews. Although the Shark worked well, the reviews online did not favor Shark for durability, quality control, nor customer service. I read many favorable comments from Bissel owners and decided to rely on the Bissel name for quality cleaning products. My steam mop works great! It was very easy to pop together and cleaned my floors beautifully! The only reason for the 4 starts is that there is a small amount of resistance (may be an unavoidable characteristic of a steam mop?) when pushing the steam mop across a floor. Overall I love my new steam mop! My floors look great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the mop on the tile flooring in our house. It does an effective job of cleaning. I have only used the new mop twice, but I had the same model for about four years, before it just died. Previous to that I had a different Hoover steam mop, but it lasted only a year before mineral build up killed it. Since that time I have always used distilled water in it. The new one appears to be exactly the same as the previous one, with the same drawbacks: finicky (sticks easily during a pivot, if not just at the angle it likes), water container cap is substandard (not robust enough and washer is finicky --- one on previous model cracked about 1 1/2 years in and I had to glue it together to avoid waiting for a replacement order) and the final drawback is that the air freshener discs come in small quantities at a sky high price (that price is before shipping, as I haven't seen any stocked in local stores).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well , it takes a minute to heat and when you run out of cord and have to unplug it and plug back in then it must reheat again all over. Otherwise I really like it. Cleans well , water bottle hold enough water to do most of the house .
