My PowerFresh steam mop is so easy to use; I can clean my floors very quickly. Love the fact it is light weigh making it easy to carry up and down stairs. The head is small enough that itgets into most corners (behind the toilets is a bit awkward). It heats up quickly and is ready to go in a matter of minutes. I use it weekly on ceramic tile in my kitchen, bathroom, laundry and entrance areas of the house. I find it does a great job of cleaning my floors. Note, it really helps to vaccuum/sweep right before using to ensure larger particles are removed and a better steam clean is achieved.

I use the Power Fresh Steam Mop to clean my tile floors. Easy to use, cleans very well and leaves a fresh sent in the room after mopping. I like the three steam levels and the mop size. Would like a longer electrical cord and an outside handle on the water tank for ease in removing the water tank from the main unit for filling with water and emptying out. Had a Shark for years and this steam mop is far superior quality and price wise.

I feel like my house is sparkling and germ free now. My only dislike is there's no official power on or off button.. once it's plugged in it turns on.. I would prefer a button. But the function of the product is wonderful and gets the job done for a fair price!

It's amazing at how much dirt it picks up, best to buy extra pads. Great for a home with small kids and dogs. This is the second one I've purchased which will go to my sons new home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have ceramic floors and this steam cleaner did a fantastic job. Very easy to fill, no mess. I bought this one to replace a Shark steam cleaner and was surprised at how much better the Bissell was. Easy to handle and I like how it can stand on it's own. I used the Eucalyptus demineralized water and loved the fragrance it left behind. I also liked how you can insert a fragrance disc into the pad to add a fragrance. Leave it to Bissell to make cleaning a better experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this new model for about a month now. I have a mixed feeling about this model. The thing I like most is the large size of pad so cleaning is more efficient. But there are 2 things I really don't like. 1. There is no stop button on the top of the handle. Unlike my previous model, I can stop steam from the top of handle . In this new model, I have to bent down to the button to press it a couple times to get to the stop position. I normally always use the normal steam level, so I have to press it twice to stop the steam. I don't mind pressing the button, it is the location of the button being on the lower section of the steamer so I need to bend down. 2. When I unplug the steamer and plug again, I have to wait for 30 seconds for the steamer to get ready. I understand that I need to wait when I first plugin the steamer. But when I move from one outlet to another one due to cable not long enough, the steam will not be ready immediately. I think the steamer simply wait for 30 seconds every time it plug in, no matter if it still hot. When I clean my kitchen and dinning room together (the two rooms are connected), I normally need to move the steamer to 4 different outlets and each time I need to wait for it to get ready. This is annoying. Overall, I still like the steamer, just wishing it has the 2 improvements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We can rinse the cloth - need to about 2 times in 1177 sq ft home. It is super easy to use. We only use water or something gentle or natural on the floor- tons of allergies. Then we wash the cloth in the laundry after each use -- love that there is a smoother cloth and a rougher one. Would prefer the same with a small dirty dump reservoir to ensure we aren't smearing dirt/mud back on even better, but works pretty well as is - very convenient, just a bit less hygenic than pulling up all the dirty water for sure. (We have tile.)

My previous steam mop had a much larger tank and I had to refill it to clean all my tile. I love the light weight and long cord. I really like using my new cleaner.

This steam cleaner is so simple to assemble and so easy to use. I can't believe how clean my hardware floors looked after using this cleaner just once. After a couple more cleanings, my floors now shine. I would highly recommend the Bissell Floor Steam Cleaner to anyone who wants an easy quick way to clean their floors.

It does a great job getting into the corners and puts out a lot of steam. Very lightweight. I wish the water supply was larger and the cord longer. I have asthma so was worried about the scent, but since we have dogs, I thought I would give them a try. The scent is just pleasant, not overpowering.
