I love my new Bissel steam mop! It works so much better than my previous mop of a different brand. It gets my floors so clean and the fresh scent pads smell wonderful!

I use the steam mop on my laminated floors, granite floors as well as my hard wood floors. It does a great job on all of them. It is easy to use as well. I like the swivel action of the mop; easy to maneuver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works really well. I love the scrub brush option to get sticky stuff off the floor. I have 6 children, so a basic mop just doesn't do the job. Hope it continues to work well!

It works excellent - got a lot of hard and sticky stains out with pretty minimum effort. Some of the buttons are not intuitive, but once I figured it out it worked out great.

I purchased this product on my sisters recommendation. While there are tasks I prefer to cleaning, having the right tools makes cleaning time shorter and more efficient. This was a good addition to the household.
