Very easy and effective for cleaning engineered wood floors. Think the seal/o ring for the water bottle needs rubber lube. A small tube included with the cleaner would be a good idea.

I use this on hardwood, laminate and vinyl floors. My old Bissell died. I like the adjustable steam and the new style pads on this model. Hope it will last as long as my old one.

I recently moved to a new home with tile floors. The Steam Mop I purchased is fabulous. The floors are clean and beautiful. The product is easy to use and really does the job. Would recommend to anyone with hard floors.

I use on tile floors throughout the house. I really like it but it emits a little too much steam and I need to then dry the floors with a towel. However, I do like the product. It seems to get a lot of dirt I did not know existed.

Love my new steam mop!!! it is easy to use, lightweight, heats up quickly I am finding that it is so easy & fun to use that whenever I do my kitchen, I do all of my bathrooms with it also.
