[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first time my wood floors look clean. I have the Bona system, a dyson vacuum and just now do my floors look clean.

So much easier than carrying a mop and bucket up and down stairs. I love how the steam cleans and evaporates quickly with no streak marks. I like that I can throw the mop heads in the washer for a good clean.

It's lighter and does a great job, but it doesn't have a grip for the left hand. It's a big improvement over the old one. Haven't used the scrubber yet but I'll need it and I hope it works.

I absolutely love it.......made my hardwood floors look nice not hazzy as with other steam mops. I also used it on my tile floors in the bathroom.....super job......glad I made the purchase

Use on laminate and tile floors. Cleans so much better than my old steam mop (different brand). Really like the 3 settings and the fact that it has a constant steam stream. Really good value for the price.
