My tile floors look wonderful. This steam cleaner is so much better than my Shark Steam Mop. No comparison! Bissell has won me over with this Steam Cleaner and the Big Green Professional Carpet Cleaning Machine.

The second bissell steam mop I've owned. I completely used my first one to pieces. It works great ! Two necessities in life .... bissell vacuum and bissell steam mop !
