[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my PowerFresh Steam Cleaner. It is lightweight and easy to use. It has a large mop head, so cleaning is faster. The cord is quite long, so you can finish a room without having to change outlets. It can steam off the stickiest drops on the floor. Easy to refill and you never get your hands dirty or wet. I would definitely recommend it!!

We just purchased a house built in 1904 with all wood floors. I vacuumed my floors, plugged this puppy in, and in 10 minutes my floor was bare-foot clean! I made the mistake of putting the hot Bissel in the floor stand ON THE WOOD and now I have to refinish that spot. My bad. I will not set it in the stand again if it is hot.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is super easy to use, just fill the water in the removable tank (this is so convenient as my old steam mop did not have this, had to use a cup and had many spills), plug in and use. Its quiet, and the scented pads makes the house smell amazing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the PowerFresh Steam Mop Hard Floor Steam Cleaner 1940 on all our tile floors -- kitchen, bathrooms, even our entryway. It is easy to set up and the water reservoir has just enough water to steam our rather large kitchen floor. It does an excellent job on the faces of the tile and makes quick work of the occasional shoe mark with just a few seconds of additional steam and the scrub attachment. The only thing it doesn't clean well is the recessed grout between each piece of tile. I expect the steam loosens the discoloration caused by use over time, but the scrub brushes do not reach the grout to sweep the face of the grout. I had hoped I would not have to continue to use a small brush on the grout by hand, but that is the only issue I have with the steam cleaner.

I do like there are different steam temperature settings. It doesn't fall over as much as the old version. I thought it was a little high for the price.

Would def recommend purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Bissell steam mop! I use it on my kitchen and hallway tile floors every week. My floors look sparkling clean, with no leftover residue. The steam mop also does a beautiful job on my laminate floors, never leaving streaks. And finally I use the steam mop in my small den to freshen up the carpet. It's the best!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second steam mop from Bissell, and this won't be the last. I love a steam mop. When covid broke out, I used my first steam mop to sanitize everything in this house, mattress, pillows, sofa, chairs, carpet, kitchen, entryway, bathrooms, woodwork, stairs, and my first I had for 8 years, and I still have it. Plus when you vacuum and steam mop floors, this is exercise, and when using a steam mop, to sanitize one's home it's good for our health. These steam mops heat up to 100 degrees, I also have one of the Bissell vacuum cleaners, and I love it too. I was taking care of our daughter when she was having babies, and I was using her steam mop, and I purchased my first steam mop.

Great little steam machine. Seems to get the floor clean with less effort than using the mop and bucket. Plus no more detergent. It is great to have a clean floor with just water and less work. The product gets 5 stars but having to wait an extra 5 days to get the product was not good. 2 out of three items in the order were wrong, but as I said the product is good the shipping department needs some help.
