The mop is easy to use, and heats up quickly. I'm just not sure it's really getting my floors clean, I have a slate floor and it's rough surface is difficult to mop, I had hoped the steam mop would make it easier. But I feel like it just dampens and heats the floor without picking up much dirt. Sanitizing takes 15-20 seconds so there's no way I could sanitize my entire floor at that pace, it would take hours! The mop pads do not seem to come clean in the wash, I expected them to at least look cleanish after washing if not pristine white. They are almost as brown as they were before I used them, after soaking and washing twice.

They look fabulous and on low steam it did not dull the wax on my floors. I love the scented tabs it left my kitchen and bathroom smelling so clean and fresh. With steam my floors were sanitized as well. This is very important to me. I love the scrubber easy to use just push it down and clean sticky areas. But what I was surprised to find out is that you can actually run it over your carpets to give them a clean, fresh look. It's a must in cleaning products.

I use the steam mop on my laminated floors, granite floors as well as my hard wood floors. It does a great job on all of them. It is easy to use as well. I like the swivel action of the mop; easy to maneuver.

It works excellent - got a lot of hard and sticky stains out with pretty minimum effort. Some of the buttons are not intuitive, but once I figured it out it worked out great.

The tank heats up fast and goes a long way for such a small tank. The cord is fairly long which is also a plus. The ability to steam refresh my area rugs is a bonus!! I would definitely recommend this product.

I purchased this product on my sisters recommendation. While there are tasks I prefer to cleaning, having the right tools makes cleaning time shorter and more efficient. This was a good addition to the household.
