[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic product! Easy and quick to use, and easy to clean -- just remove the mop pad and wash it. I replaced my Crosswave with this because the Crosswave took 30-45 minutes to clean and had to dry overnight after each use. The steam mop cleans hard floors basically just as well with no cleanup time after -- with just water.
