Steam cleaner is quite light and easy to maneuver. With a full tank I can clean my entire kitchen and one bathroom. It heats up quick and really gets the floor clean. I am very happy with this purchase. Having 3 small dogs, I am worried about the chemicals we spread around our house. They snatch up anything that falls to the floor (anything), so having a chemical-free cleaning option was a plus for us.

We have used swifter wet jet in the past and until we used our Bissell Steamer we didn't know what clean was. The floor feels so clean. The swifter left it feeling sticky and like there was a residue in the floor. With the Bissell steamer I feel confident letting my two year old play on the floor. I would let him eat off the floor now!

I recently moved and now have tile floors throughout the apartment. I love the steam mop as it was easy to assemble and does a great job cleaning the floors without me getting on my hands and knees or using a regular mop (which I have to then wait for it to dry.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this steam mop and use it on my hardwood and porcelain tile floors. It is easy to use and the area dries quickly after use. My floors look and feel (in stocking feet) clean. The dirt and grit are removed without scrubbing and harsh chemicals.

I like that this uses no chemicals, just water. Works pretty well (there's nothing as good as scrubbing by hand). I can't use a standard mop or do hands and knees scrubbing due to back issues. This still took some work to push it along the floor but was doable. It is really lightweight. Need to go over an area a few times but does clean it up with patience. Of course we have two big dogs and live where it rains a lot so the floor is constantly a dirty mess. This is a tool I can use every few days to keep it in control. Would work great for normal (no big dog muddy) use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product works great on my tile, hardwood floors, and vinyl floors. I have children so the steam function is great for getting up tough stuck on food, dirt, and any other things the little rascals get into.

Are your floors even clean without a steam mop? No they are not! I have been using regular mops with pads and even the Norwex mop and when I used this steam mop, I was shocked to see how dirty my floors were. I feel so happy now knowing my child is playing on clean floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it to use on my tile floors. It's simple to use and does a good job of cleaning without the use of chemicals. It doesn't replace the more thorough cleaning of a mop and bucket as the steam mop doesn't scrub the grout, but it is great for weekly cleaning and gets the job done so much quicker than dragging a bucket and mop around. I will still use a mop and bucket when I feel I need to scrub the grout.
