[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned Bessel steamers for many years. I just received this steamer and used it once. The cord could be a bit longer and the mop is a little larger than my others. The steam is adequate. I like the scent discs.

I highly recommend this mop, it works great and does a really good job at cleaning all the dog slobbers off my kitchen floor that's hardwood by the way...lol!

It used much less water than I anticipated and did a great job cleaning my floors. I couldn't give it 5 stars since I've only used it once. It heated up quickly and was very easy to use. I especially liked the swivel head of the mop.

I do wish there was more contact between the pad and the floor like the Symphony and other steam mops. The tile floor was really wet after using it on the high steam setting. I never had this issue with any other steam mop. Not sure if I am a fan at this point.

I use it almost daily to keep up with my pets and kids. I wish more mop pads cane with it though to have spares

I also purchased a carpet glide excessory That was needed because it came with the unit. Very disappointed by the misleading guidelines of the website.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my second or third steamboost mop I've had over the years. Its a bit more "cumbersome" than the steamboost and you can't get into the smaller spaces that you can with the steambooat. Since there is a removable and washable cleaning pad, it will be a bit hard to tell how the cleaning is going over time as the pad will become completely gray. This mop goes through the water and/or scented water quickly, especially on the high steam setting. The medium setting seems to be sufficient though. The worst part about this mop is the plug. It does not stay in the outlet! I have to use a GFI outlet for it to stay in the wall! It will be interesting to see if the additional cost for this "upgraded" steam mop will be worth it over time and how long it will last.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is worth every cent! We have 3 dogs, many human feet and loads of dirt walked in daily. I was very impressed by how easy the steam mop is to use. My only complaint is why I waited so long to purchase this unit.
