[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Bissell steam mop for years and replaced it with a different brand. The replacement stopped working after about a year. So happy to be back with Bissell. It's much quieter than I remember and I love the addition of the scrub!

I use this product on tile floors. It does an OK job. My previous steamer did not have a swivel head, so I am getting used to this feature. I wish the pad was thicker, seams like I am pushing water across the floor and leaving residue in the grout rather then steam cleaning the floor.

Microfibre pads wash up really nice and the scent discs are nice to use every once in a while but remember to remove before you put in the washing machine! Happy with my purchase and have recommended to a friend who also purchased. The value and quality can't be beat at this price point!

I like the 'tray' that my steam mop can sit in to run it over my carpeted area too. The steam refreshes the carpet after it has been vacuumed. It is easy to use, just fill the cup with water and go. My floor dries fast and it takes no time to clean and I have hardwood in my kitchen, dining and hallways. "#sweepstakes"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have textured tile and the steam mop works great for that. My only complaint is the cap does not screw onto the water tank very well. I'm assuming the threads are not lined up and hoping that with use, that will correct itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have ceramic floors and this steam cleaner did a fantastic job. Very easy to fill, no mess. I bought this one to replace a Shark steam cleaner and was surprised at how much better the Bissell was. Easy to handle and I like how it can stand on it's own. I used the Eucalyptus demineralized water and loved the fragrance it left behind. I also liked how you can insert a fragrance disc into the pad to add a fragrance. Leave it to Bissell to make cleaning a better experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love this steam cleaner. I have a floor with bumpy tile (stone look) and dirt gets trapped where the tile is not even. To get it clean by hand I need to get on my knees and scrub with a toothbrush. This mop steams the dirt up without any scrubbing- which I love. I owned one previously that did not last a year, I am hopeful the product has been improved and that I can enjoy this mop for awhile!

I was nervous about buying this because I have used cordless items forever (Swiffer). However, I wanted something that didn't use chemicals, was easy to use and would leave my floors looking and feeling clean. THIS mop is all that. I did not use the scent discs so I can't speak to those but I love how clean my floors not only look but feel! I hated spending hours mopping just to see residue leftover or when I would barefoot it would feel sticky or dirty. The only con I can think of it that the mop calls for distilled water but I can manage. I definitely recommend this product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this steam mop! I thought my floor was clean before using it and I was terribly wrong! This got so much dirt I didn't even know was there. I feel like my house is sparkling and germ free now. My only dislike is there's no official power on or off button.. once it's plugged in it turns on.. I would prefer a button. But the function of the product is wonderful and gets the job done for a fair price!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even on the highest setting, cleaning the dog drool makes on my wood flood took a ton of work. It did work better for drool drops than the Crosswave. This is my routine now. I clean my floors first with the Crosswave and then with the Powerfresh steam mop. I would buy them both again but I still want a better working solution.
