My 5 year old very expensive Oreck Steam-It floor cleaner will no longer heat water. I made use of the internet and social media to find the best floor steamer available. ThPowerFresh Steam Mop came up on several searches as one of good quality. While I have only had this floor steamer for a few weeks now and used it twice I can say I have made the right choice. From the first time is used it I saw a remarkable difference in the cleanliness of my tile and grout. Where the Oreck Steam-It did not do such a great job. The grout, in heavy traffic areas, came clean and matched the rest of my floor. Needless to say I am very pleased with this machine. Thank you Bissell!

I also used the carpet glider attachment and I love it. What I like most about this steam mop is that not a lot of water comes out at one time, so your floors aren't soaking wet and it dries super fast. Great product! #sweepstakes

When the dogs go out in the yard and come back in we need clean floors with the little kids playing on them. This is my first steam mop and it does an amazing job of getting up all the dirt etc. We have also used it at my parents house and their floors havent been this clean in years. We have a small dog and I washed the floors regularly "the old fashioned way" but this was easier and just as good if not better. I have bought one for my home and my daughters as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first used this product in the kitchen. My kitchen tile grout is discoloured from 7 years of cooking and pets and kids making messes. It was great to use only water to clean the floor. It felt like it picked up all the stickiness from the usually floor cleaner I use. Looked like the tiles will need more times going over the grout, as the dirt is deeply set-in.

Our floors were always giving us black soles on our feet even after mopping with cleaner and rinsing mainly due to burning of sugar cane in our area. Since using this steam cleaner our floors are beautifully cleaner than ever before and black soles have not returned.

Love the brush lever for hard to lift stains on my floors, especially the grout on my tiles, cleans them up perfectly. I really love that fact that there is no water filter to this machine.
