Home is done for first time, all hardwood and laminated flooring. We have a small dog and a pee pad area. We used the scrubber pad in this area then left it on for the rest of the house. That makes the unit hard to push around, especially for a tall person as I am. The only other short coming, if that is one, was locating where the scent pad is placed. We probably just overlooked it in the instructions. I was pleasantly surprised to see how long a water tank fill lasted, did 60% or more of our home, (1350 sq ft).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Power Fresh Floor Mop, it's general construction but it can be improved. An on off switch on the unit or in cord cord would be nice. I don't get the aroma disk as they are usable for one time really. But most importantly it doesn't leak !! I've only used it on ceramic about 3 times and hopefully it'll stay leakfree.......so far so good...and clean

I like it a lot. Very easy to use, good long cord, good pivot. Heats quickly. More than one steam option. I have reserved one star as I haven't used it long and right now I wish the (more textured) mop head (not sure what it's called; the cloth), wouldn't get so dirty so fast. I sweep the floor before steaming, of course and will wash it. I am hoping it doesn't shrink. I understand it is supposed to be washable. So we'll see how long it last being washed frequently (I rescue cats and have to clean often to keep animals healthy). I haven't use fragrance or other options to speak to that.

We use this steam mop every day in our small business. Our floors are tile with light colored grout. The extra scrub brush on the back of the mop really scrubs the grout clean. I ordered extra mop heads so that I do not have to wash one each day. With multiple mop heads, we can mop every day, but only have to wash them all once per week. We use a clean mop head every day. We also take the water container out of the mop each day. Super easy to use, quiet and doesn't use chemicals to get our floors sparkling clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steamer works great. We had a previous model that went out, so we purchased this one. I would give it a higher rating, almost gave four, but the one issue with this one makes it somewhat of a pain. To add more water, you have to remove the canister as the fill is on the bottom. It may sound like nothing, but with our old one we could fill it easily from the top, which when you're in the middle of cleaning is a huge plus. We will have to see how this plays out as we've only used it a couple times so far. Hopefully it's not as much of a pain as I'm thinking it will be.

We have a small dog and I washed the floors regularly "the old fashioned way" but this was easier and just as good if not better. I have bought one for my home and my daughters as well.

Never owned a steam mop before, so I didn't know what to expect. I've used this a few times and so far am impressed with how much dirt it removes from my tile floors. Holding it in place for 15 seconds in each area to kill germs is very time consuming, so I tend to reserve that for the bathroom areas. Overall, I really like the product.

Did my research and found the Bissell Model 1940 as the best value so I purchased one. Mopped my floors this weekend and it was so easy and my floors never looked better. Highly recommend the Bissell 1940. BEST MOP EVER!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We can rinse the cloth - need to about 2 times in 1177 sq ft home. It is super easy to use. We only use water or something gentle or natural on the floor- tons of allergies. Then we wash the cloth in the laundry after each use -- love that there is a smoother cloth and a rougher one. Would prefer the same with a small dirty dump reservoir to ensure we aren't smearing dirt/mud back on even better, but works pretty well as is - very convenient, just a bit less hygenic than pulling up all the dirty water for sure. (We have tile.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy, light weight, cord is long. I use in low mode and its very low heat. The whole house is clean in like 5 min. It's wet, so there's a bit of resistance when u move it back and fro, so it picks up all the dirt. I love it. Have a toddler so this is perfect.
