[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steamer works great. We had a previous model that went out, so we purchased this one. I would give it a higher rating, almost gave four, but the one issue with this one makes it somewhat of a pain. To add more water, you have to remove the canister as the fill is on the bottom. It may sound like nothing, but with our old one we could fill it easily from the top, which when you're in the middle of cleaning is a huge plus. We will have to see how this plays out as we've only used it a couple times so far. Hopefully it's not as much of a pain as I'm thinking it will be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered directly from Bissell and it appeared the box had been opened and the floor cleaner had been out of the box. Some of the parts that I assume would have been in plastic were not and the plastic wrap was in the box by itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PowerFresh Steam Mop works great. I use it on laminate and vinyl flooring. It saves me time and the floors are cleaner. I use to use a mop and a bucket. I never thought it would outperform my mop.

I use it almost daily to keep up with my pets and kids. I wish more mop pads cane with it though to have spares

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my girlfriend as a move in present, it works great to keep our new faux wood floors clean and smelling fresh. This steam mop is a great deal for the price, I would recommend anybody choose this mop.

The mop is easy to use, and heats up quickly. I'm just not sure it's really getting my floors clean, I have a slate floor and it's rough surface is difficult to mop, I had hoped the steam mop would make it easier. But I feel like it just dampens and heats the floor without picking up much dirt. Sanitizing takes 15-20 seconds so there's no way I could sanitize my entire floor at that pace, it would take hours! The mop pads do not seem to come clean in the wash, I expected them to at least look cleanish after washing if not pristine white. They are almost as brown as they were before I used them, after soaking and washing twice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So easy to use! Just turn on and go. Even good for a quick clean up. Our new kitty left a puddle on the tile and I was trying to run out the door to work. Took less than 5 minutes to clean up and no smell left behind.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans great, bought some extra mopheads to ensure I have enough to switch throughout. A little heavier than expected and wish it had a self retractable electrical cord. Other than that, excellent product

This is a terrific steam cleaner. Works on my hardwoods and my tile bathroom floors. Very quick to warm up and using it is a breeze. Never have I been able to clean my floors this quickly, and without the yuk factor of a sponge mop and bucket of water.
