I like to see the steam and I don't with this, it also stops then starts again, it's not completely continuous steam. It's ok. After this dies on me I'll probably go back to the shark. #sweepstakes

They advertise to just throw it in the wash! Well, it looked just as dirty coming out of the washer as it did going in. The next time, I threw it directly into a bucket of white vinegar first. It didn't seem to help at all. Cleans great, it's just hard to put a filthy looking pad on to clean each time.

The steam coverage area could be wider. The steam tend to be directed more around the middle of the foot print. In high gloss areas streaks tend to be left behind when the pad is soaked with extended usage. Would be better when used in conjuction with drying slippers.

My floors feel so clean, and actually look brighter. The steam mop was so easy to guide around the floors and there wasn't any scrubbing necessary. The cord was long enough that it allowed me to do a tremendous area before having to plug it in elsewhere. I used the distilled water as advised.

I also cleaned some rugs with it and wow! They felt soft and new again! I am enjoying cleaning again because I really can feel the difference that this machine offers!

Our tiles are light cream tones and show dirt and debris easily. I originally planned to use it every 2 weeks, but it is so easy to use that I am using it more often. What makes the mop so easy to use is that it is very lightweight and it heats up so quickly. It really makes mopping the floor fun rather than a heavy chore. The children even think its fun.

Our tile floors are heavily textured resulting in dirt filling in the cracks and crevices of the texture. Regular mopping does not get the dirt out. Neither does Swiffer. We have had to get down on all fours and scrub with small brush using baking soda and vinegar. We bought this steam mop with skepticism thinking it probably was not going to work and taking into consideration it only requires distilled water. We were totally shocked when it actually worked. Wow! Couldn't believe it. We were ready to pull up tile and get something less labor intensive to maintain but this steam mop changed everything. It leaves the floor wetter than other stems mops I've had but it dries guickly. You can't actually see the steam as in the other steam mops I've used but you can hear the water gurgling. So far I am very pleased with the way this mop cleans. Changing the mop head is much easier then other mops and you can get into corners. I would recommend this mop to others!
