[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mop for use on ceramic tile, laminate wood - type flooring & even gave it a try on my more expensive hard wood floors. It works great on all three cuts my floor cleaning time in half! The only down side is that I would like the mop heads to come out a little cleaner in the wash. Great mop!!

The steam and Stanley Steamer spot remover got all the dirt out. Using steam is the only way to clean carpets. It's a great steamer!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a slate floor in my kitchen. I had been using another brand steam mop but the floor never looked clean. At times I had to use a small scrub brush to get stuck on food or to clean the grout. This first time I used this steam mop with the scrub brush my floor and grout were much cleaner. After repeated uses the floor looks so much better and so does the grout. Wish I had purchased this mop sooner. If you have tile floors this mop is a must have.

This one is wonderful, pretty lightweight and easy to use. It does not leak all over the the floor. I've lifted stains out of the floor of my old home which I though were part of the floor! I have two kids and this machine makes me feel like my floors are much safer to crawl on during this pandemic.

I bought this one to replace a Shark steam cleaner and was surprised at how much better the Bissell was. Easy to handle and I like how it can stand on it's own. I used the Eucalyptus demineralized water and loved the fragrance it left behind. I also liked how you can insert a fragrance disc into the pad to add a fragrance. Leave it to Bissell to make cleaning a better experience.

When the dogs go out in the yard and come back in we need clean floors with the little kids playing on them. This is my first steam mop and it does an amazing job of getting up all the dirt etc. We have also used it at my parents house and their floors havent been this clean in years. I also love that there is no cleaner smell or residue after. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the product on my linoleum floors. I like that I don't have to use any chemicals, and it only used 2 cups of water to clean the entire floor. I like the rectangular shape of the head so that it can clean the corners of the room. It's very easy to use and it isn't a strain on the back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have textured tile and the steam mop works great for that. My only complaint is the cap does not screw onto the water tank very well. I'm assuming the threads are not lined up and hoping that with use, that will correct itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We get a lot of foot traffic on our laminate flooring in the Kitchen and Family room. We tried using a Swiffer, which was fine for a while. But, the steam clean we get from this Bissel product is much better, especially for the Kitchen and Dining areas. It is as convenient as the Swiffer, but we are not obligated to keep buying the proprietary cleaning pads and spray fluid.
