[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two Bissell Steam Mop's. One for the oak floors at our home and one for the concrete floors at our cottage. We have dogs in the family, we have lots and lots of people in and out and this mop does the job. Before, I used a mop and bucket, I have also tried other brands of electric steamers but all to no avail as the floors still looked grubby or smeared. This has not only cut the time I spend cleaning the floors to about ⅓ of the previous times, it has also made my oak floors look new again. I love my mops and I no longer put off doing my floors. Plus no more spending money on wooden floor or concrete floor cleaners as the steam does the job to perfection. Just remember to keep extra mop heads as you will be amazed how much dirt they lift.

I love this steam cleaner. It's evident how well it removes dirt from the floor by how dirty the pad becomes. It's easy to use and pads are washable. I like not having to use chemicals, too. I have had this steamer for 4, maybe 5 years and it recently stopped steaming and just spit out water. So I just ordered a new one.

I ordered the Little Green Proheat and was excited to receive it in just one day from order. On the weekend, I assembled it and was ready to use it, but the heat function did not work. Finding no troubleshooting advice in the manual, I called Customer Service. They explained they did not commonly have this issue and advised I should take it to a repair shop. It took at least 15 minutes to explain that this was not the appropriate course of action, given that I received a defective item and it should be replaced or if not, returned a full refund. The Customer Rep finally told me he would email me a return label. Two days later and two calls later, I am still waiting for the return label to be emailed. Bissell, this is truly disappointing. You should not treat loyal customers in the way. The replacement item should have been mailed out right away, but particularly if you are really slow in getting a return label emailed out to your customer. Very disappointed in the product, but mostly in the poor customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great cleaning for porcelin tile floors. Love the mop. However, the mop barely makes it to two years without the steam element giving out. I am on my third mop. It does get pricey replacing the mops. If I had the mop fixed, it would cost more than a replacement. I think you should give a returning customer a discount.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this product on hardwood floors. The steam amount is sufficient. I think, though, that you also need to "dry" the area that you are steaming in order to pick up all the dirt. The steam does a good job, but you need a second appliance or way to dry the area in order to complete the job.

I love the sent disks but they are so potent! Feels like I walked into some botanical garden when I mop with this. Thank you for doing what you do! Keep up the darn thing ♡♡♡♡♡♡

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd one, just ordered the same one after my last bit the dust. It's easy to set up and use. Makes cleaning the floors a breeze and its quick to dry, it does a phenomenal job! Ive got 2 little kids and it easily cleans up sticky messes among other things that slowly collects over the course of a week. Would highly recommend! Love this steam mop!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it better than the Oreck I had for fifteen years. My only change might be that the water reservoir is too small but is easy to fill, so not a real problem. It does a great job cleaning our ceramic tile floors. No complaints.
