[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the PowerFresh Steam Mop. I have used it twice now and it does a fine job. I am so happy not to use a mop and a pail. It is very easy to use and for my home I have to fill the reservoir twice to get the job done. I use Publix purified water which apparently is the same as distilled water. I've washed the mop head twice now and I wish it would come out looking cleaner. I like the perfume disks that came with the mop. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase and I hope the product lasts for years.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd steam cleaner for the floor, so I do hope it lasts more than 2 years. I like that the water tank holds enough water so that it does not require a refill mid-job. The terrycloth mop pad is a little difficult to wrap around the mop head. Other steam cleaners have a velcro easy touch placement. I do think this will get easier with use. Be sure to use distilled water every time. Wash the mop pad before first use. I read that after I used it, but no harm done. This machine works very well. I just got it and only used it twice.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have previously owned 2 shark steam mops. Thought I would try the Bissell this time after checking the top rating. I do love the Bissell. The only thing I would change is to use both sides of the mop rather then having to change mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it better than the Oreck I had for fifteen years. My only change might be that the water reservoir is too small but is easy to fill, so not a real problem. It does a great job cleaning our ceramic tile floors. No complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The power steam mop is terrific on the porcelain tile floor in the room where our cat bowls and litter boxes are kept. The effectiveness of steam to kill 99.9% of germs is certainly reassuring. It works quickly, and in the wink of an eye health is accomplished! I also use it on our marble tile, so the kitchen and common areas are their cleanest. Without using a scent disk, our home smells clean and fresh.

Are your floors even clean without a steam mop? No they are not! I have been using regular mops with pads and even the Norwex mop and when I used this steam mop, I was shocked to see how dirty my floors were. I feel so happy now knowing my child is playing on clean floors.
