I really like the discs that can be added for a fragrant smell in the home after using the steamer. If they ever make a cordless version I'm in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product with the hope that the steam would sanitize my granite floor without using any chemicals. However, I don't think the steam is hot enough for such purpose. It basically likes cleaning the floor with warm water, although I could see a little steam coming out at the head. Due to the weak steam, the floor is still wet after mopping. It is convenient that I don't need a pal of water, but inconvenient that I have to fill up the small tank with distilled water. Since the steam is not strong, carpet refreshing is almost useless. Again it is like wiping the carpet with warm water. I think I will use this product once every 2 weeks at the most, and I hope it will keep working due to low usage.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Temp is reached almost immediately. As it stands, it's great. However, I would like to make a couple of suggestions for future designs. The first one is the removal of the water tank. As a senior citizen, it is difficult to pull it out without some sort of hand hold. My grip is not very strong. The second issue for me is the awkwardness of putting on the cleaning fabric. There are plenty of positives - temp, easy to manage, and the attachment to steam carpets. I am a happy customer.

The cord is long enough for me to reach my dining area, kitchen, entry hall and powder room. My first PowerFresh was purchased 5 years ago and has been well used. Finally, though, the water well nipple broke and I had to order another water well. But, I liked it so much I ordered another mop (+ extra mop cloths) along with a new water well. The old one went to my daughter who has all hard floor surfaces on her main floor. She loves it, especially since she has a 9 month old crawler in the house. I highly recommend this steam mop

We thought they needed to be replaced - but that's out of our budget right now. They were not in bad shape - just old and dirty. The Bissell steam mop has been a God-send. It cleaned up all our floors so they look great. Then, a couple of coats of floor polish and our floors are beautiful! One thing I would improve is being able to use it with regular tap water instead of buying distilled water all the time. Also I was hoping this product would clean better the grout joints on my ceramic floors it is mainly the reason why I bought it, however after 3 times usage they are slightly lighter. Overall Im happy with my purchase as Im a dog owner and I have 3 small kids but there is always room for improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have textured tile and the steam mop works great for that. My only complaint is the cap does not screw onto the water tank very well. I'm assuming the threads are not lined up and hoping that with use, that will correct itself.

Was unable to get the online registration site to accept ANY password, very frustrating; tried on two separate days. Unable to reach a person to correct situation. Baddd experience that I won't repeat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say, I'm impressed. It's light and really easy to maneuver. My floors are spotless and feel incredibly clean. I can do the whole kitchen two time's over with the water container. I also use this in my tile shower and it works great.
