[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used it once so far but it seemed to work pretty good. The cord is a bit of a hassle to deal with while operating the steam mop. The way the prongs are set up to wrap up the cord when not in use are very awkward. I'm hoping it gets easier as I use it more.

Have three cats, two seniors and a ten month old, and there are some days that have a lot of " accidents". Never has it been easier to get the floor clean and without having to do the hassle of waiting for the water to get hot and finding a cleaner I like. Cleaner is easy to get ready, heats in less than a minute and if I need it, the scrub brush is attached to the bottom of the machine and don't have to bend to do the scrubbing.

The cord is long enough for me to reach my dining area, kitchen, entry hall and powder room. My first PowerFresh was purchased 5 years ago and has been well used. Finally, though, the water well nipple broke and I had to order another water well. But, I liked it so much I ordered another mop (+ extra mop cloths) along with a new water well. The old one went to my daughter who has all hard floor surfaces on her main floor. She loves it, especially since she has a 9 month old crawler in the house. I highly recommend this steam mop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent steam mop, and is the second that we're purchased. So obviously we'd purchase it again! Prior to this one, we tried a few other brands and none of them last for more than a year before failing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have textured tile and the steam mop works great for that. My only complaint is the cap does not screw onto the water tank very well. I'm assuming the threads are not lined up and hoping that with use, that will correct itself.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved it!! I'm a housekeeper and I was thinking to sanitize the floors of my clients once in a while. And this steam mop is just perfect!! It's easy to fill the container with water, love the fact that has 3 options for the steam, very good price, easy to move around and more than everything .. the floors dry really fast even in the low steam setting. Definitely recommended 100%.

Was unable to get the online registration site to accept ANY password, very frustrating; tried on two separate days. Unable to reach a person to correct situation. Baddd experience that I won't repeat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just moved into a condo with white tile and badly stained grout. Bought the Power Fresh Steam Map after reading several positive reviews. It works just as advertised, and the attached easy scrubber brush cleaned all the grout to almost new. It was very easy to use and the water tank held enough water to finish all the floors in my condo without a refill. The scented discs are a nice addition and leave the rooms smelling fresh.
