Plenty of power to go from tile right to carpet, the added light helps notice things on the floor day or night, is lightweight so no arm fatigue, a very long battery life, and gets lower to reach under furniture better then any I can remember. It's a definite buy if you are looking for a stick vacuum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to get my steam mop I've only used it a few times and it does heat up in 30 seconds or so And I like that I can take out and fill the tank which is quite large with distilled water tho it goes through it quickly Quite frankly I thought the steam would be stronger -more "steamy "if that makes sense ? even on highest level which I did try and would dry a bit faster than it does I have used a Hoover steamer of my mother in laws and hers definatly seems to create stronger steam and dries quicker but I don't care for Hoover brands after having an issue with a Hoover brand vac so would never buy one

She loves the fact that the wood floors, as well as the tiled floor are thoroughly cleaned. I have purchase a second Bissell as back-up. It's a wonderful machine, easy to operate and maintain. I can only stress one important point to the users: Use distilled water as recommended by the manufacturer!

One thing I would improve is being able to use it with regular tap water instead of buying distilled water all the time. Also I was hoping this product would clean better the grout joints on my ceramic floors it is mainly the reason why I bought it, however after 3 times usage they are slightly lighter. Overall Im happy with my purchase as Im a dog owner and I have 3 small kids but there is always room for improvement.

I love the scrubby attachment! The only thing I miss is the handle that was on the front of my old Bissell steam mop; the handle made it easier to maneuver. All in all it's the best steam mop I've ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] let's start off this review with the fact that i absolutely do not enjoy cleaning. or i guess once i'm doing it, it's okay, but it's typically something i dread. one of the things i hate cleaning is the floor. my experience with it in the past is that it is so much work and it STILL is not as clean as i would like it. BUT THEN i bought this cleaner and wow. just wow. it is SO easy and it gets my floor SO clean. now, i feel less dread because i know the process is easy and the outcome is satisfactory. i would give it 5 stars EXCEPT, i noticed after i cleaned, it left tracks on the floor. i'm not sure what that's from, but i would love for there to not be any leftover tracks. that's all. thank you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use the PowerFresh Steam Mop Hard Floor Steam Cleaner 1940 on all our tile floors -- kitchen, bathrooms, even our entryway. It is easy to set up and the water reservoir has just enough water to steam our rather large kitchen floor. It does an excellent job on the faces of the tile and makes quick work of the occasional shoe mark with just a few seconds of additional steam and the scrub attachment. The only thing it doesn't clean well is the recessed grout between each piece of tile. I expect the steam loosens the discoloration caused by use over time, but the scrub brushes do not reach the grout to sweep the face of the grout. I had hoped I would not have to continue to use a small brush on the grout by hand, but that is the only issue I have with the steam cleaner.
