[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my mom told me she purchased this, I was skeptical. She was very excited and I was biased against it, as I was equating it with a swiffer. Lots of people love them, but I never liked them when I used them for many reasons. Then when I visited her in Florida, I used hers and was so impressed that I had to get one. I opted for the one with 2 heads, thinking 2 is better than one. Glad I did. I like having the option as the triangular head is good for getting around the toilet. The rectangular one is good for larger surfaces. The switch is minimally tricky (can see how arthritis would be difficult), but I like to place the fabric on while disconnected. I have used it on tile and on the glass blocks in our shower and on the tub, being careful to keep it angled down, not to burn out the pump. Love not having to use toxic cleaners. Occasionally will spray surface prior with mix of vinegar/dawn/water/essential oil. Very pleased with how it cleans and no need for waste with disposable products. Wish list: on off button. Have to be sure you unplug when done, not just switch to no steam. Annoying. Wish it was lighter.

I just purchased my hard floor steam cleaner a few weeks ago. I am very happy with the results I have gotten from it. I have 3 furbabies so it's important to me to use as few chemicals as possible around them. This does the job and is chemical free. The only thing I would change is I wish you would get to mop cloths instead of just the one. That way if one was in the wash there would be another one available.

If you have weak hands forget it. Previous model my daughter had the dispenser does not remove, just a flip lid, super easy to use that one. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am using on tile floors I have had many steamers and this one has great steam and very easy to use One thing I am not happy about is that it falls over very easy when you leave it standing upright

I use the PowerFresh 1940 on my linoleum kitchen floor, slate entryway, and ceramic bathroom floor. It works great on the ceramic bathroom floor (5 stars), pretty good on the linoleum kitchen floor (4 stars), and not very good on the slate entryway (1). It leaves a white residue streak over parts of my dark colored slate entryway. I think that's because many, many years ago, I put wax on it to add a shine. I would suggest not letting the steamer sit on your floor while you wait for the steam to stop after you turn it off. I'm afraid it may ruin the floor so I have to hold it up in the air until it cools down. Next time, I will have something ready to set the steamer on so I don't have to hold it while I move furniture. I give it 5 stars for drying fast and it is quicker than the way I previously cleaned my floors. After I solve the problem of having to keep holding it up off the floor so the steam doesn't sit on one spot as I move furniture, I'm sure I will give it a much higher rating.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really loving my steam floor cleaner! I have used it on my kitchen floor and it cleaned so well and left no sticky residue on my floor. It made my floor so shiny and clean that you had to be careful not to slide around awhile walking in your socks! My floors haven't felt like that in a long time. I also cleaned some rugs with it and wow! They felt soft and new again! I am enjoying cleaning again because I really can feel the difference that this machine offers!

It does a great job getting into the corners and puts out a lot of steam. Very lightweight. I wish the water supply was larger and the cord longer. I have asthma so was worried about the scent, but since we have dogs, I thought I would give them a try. The scent is just pleasant, not overpowering.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy, light weight, cord is long. I use in low mode and its very low heat. The whole house is clean in like 5 min. It's wet, so there's a bit of resistance when u move it back and fro, so it picks up all the dirt. I love it. Have a toddler so this is perfect.

When I bought this I was hoping to be able to use it on all my tile floor area. It's not really designed for large areas. The little brush on the back doesn't help as much as I had hoped, and you end up just pushing dirt around, but for small areas, it's great. I really like it for my bathroom floors. A lot of unseen things on these floors. To do my larger areas, I got the Bissell Crosswave, which I like except I wish they had figured a way to separate the dry dirt from the dirty water. Clean up can be a little gross. If I need to do a little extra cleaning around the base boards and certain areas I'll use the Steam mop. I have yet to find the perfect floor cleaner, but so far both these products do make my life easier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my steam mop. With 2 dogs, and a muddy backyard it is so difficult to keep the floors cleaned. Now I can with my new steam mop. It's quick and convenient and does a wonderful job. So happy with my purchase.
