[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Purchased this cleaner and it works great on my stone floors. Mine were really dirty and so I needed to do a few passes to really get them clean. I used multiple mop heads and eventually got them looking like new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this when it was deeply discounted to replace my other current options, which were either a bucket/mop with a lil fabuloso or pinesol or getting on my hands and knees with a rag. I already have a Dyson handheld cordless vacuum, so I decided not to get the vacuum steam mop combo version, and just get this lighter steam mop only instead. Just as the Dyson made me not mind vacuuming, I thought that getting the lighter steam mop would do the same for me but for mopping, even though it's corded. I have to say, it does what it says it'll do. It's not as detailed as spending hours in the floor with a hand-rag, or as deep cleaning as soaking the tile floor with a mop-bucket but it's wayyyyy less mess, dries wayyyy faster, it's wayyyy more ergonomic, and more likely that I'll do this more often than the other two methods, which was basically out of desperation once a year. I also really like that the pads are reusable and washable, even if it's kind of a pain to remember to wash them, and don't even mind the cord. It's the perfect length to cover my entire kitchen without unplugging. Glad I held out for this. I'm actually looking forward to having and maintaining somewhat clean floors from now on. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my PowerFresh Steam Moo Hard Floor Steam Cleaner for many years. I did recently have to order a replacement cap and insert after about 4 years, but that is the only problem I've had. I only recommend using this steam mop on "sealed" hardwood and time floors. I would not use it on a hardwood floor that is no longer sealed, because it will cause the remaining hardwood to fade. I have tried numerous other hardwood floor mops and none of them work as good as the PowerFresh Steam Mop. It is definitely the best one on the market.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does the job. The steam coverage area could be wider. The steam tend to be directed more around the middle of the foot print. In high gloss areas streaks tend to be left behind when the pad is soaked with extended usage. Would be better when used in conjuction with drying slippers.

Plenty of power to go from tile right to carpet, the added light helps notice things on the floor day or night, is lightweight so no arm fatigue, a very long battery life, and gets lower to reach under furniture better then any I can remember. It's a definite buy if you are looking for a stick vacuum.

I had my first for quite a few years but it started to leak (I tried to remedy using the tips on the website but nothing worked). You cannot beat this machine for the price and quality. It is so easy to use and works great. The majority of my house is tile and there is just no easier way to clean it and know that it is clean without having to use detergents/chemicals. The only thing that would make it better is if it was cordless!

Works great on both surfaces and saves time over traditional mopping. The steam makes it easy to clean stubborn dirt spots. The mop was easy to put together and very easy to operate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great mop. Breaks after about 2 years but I use mine almost everyday because of my dogs and my foster animals. Cleans easy and fast. Since it is simple I got one for my friends elderly mom who struggles with mop and bucket.

We have wood and tile floors and a lab that drools that are sometimes difficult to get up with just an ordinary microfiber mop. The steam mop really helps with this and in addition, the sanitation aspects are a big plus, especially in the bath and shower areas. while the cord is fairly long, another 10 feet would be a real plus as the mop needs to reheat each time it is unplugged and moved to a new location. One other comment to Bissell, I would look at moving the location where the cord exits the mop to the top of the handle. With the current low locations for the cord, it is harder to get ahold of to keep it out of the way when using the mop. I find that it is a trip hazard when I use it and end up holding the cord in the same had that is holding onto the handle. I find that the steam cleans much easier and with less moisture on the floors that the standard microfiber mop we use.
