The company of my old steamer doesn't make that model or one like it anymore, so I was counting on being disappointed when I bought this. If anything, I'm happier with this than my old one!

In just a short time, floors are spotless. Time-saver and really effective. Also, scented discs make this an overall great product that I would highly recommend because I love mine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used my Bessel Steam Cleaner once and it worked perfectly. It used much less water than I anticipated and did a great job cleaning my floors. I couldn't give it 5 stars since I've only used it once. It heated up quickly and was very easy to use. I especially liked the swivel head of the mop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned professional steam cleaners before and find that this produce outcleans them. It is easy to use, sustainable, and cleans very well. I've used it on carpet, hardwood, and tile. I recommend buying a few extra pads and fresheners.

Our home has Spanish tile floors throughout with thick grout lines. Add that with two large dogs going in and out makes for difficult floors to clean. Those Swiffer items just don't work for us. I also had a Shark but that didn't seem to work either. This one fits the bill.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have my own Power Fresh Steam Mop Hard Floor Steamer and couldn't think of cleaning my floors with anything else ! I have concrete floors and 6 cats , plus ,I live on a working farm. This cleans and sanitizes like no other cleaning device on the market. I like mine so much that I purchased one for my mother who has dogs ( and a husband who wears work shoes in the house) to use one her new LVP floors . So much cleaner and easier to use than a mop and what becomes a dirty bucket of water. So easy , just fill , plug -in , clean, and toss the reusable microfiber mop head into the washer .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flooring in my home is either laminate or tile throughout so obviously I need a steam mop everywhere and this does the trick. Previously I used the Shark steam floor cleaner which didn't have the steam level selector, which is one of the features I love about the Bissel. I'm not a big fan of the scent discs. Although they have a pleasant scent, they don't leave the scent in the cleaning area and tend to tear when removing from the mop cover. All in all, I'm very happy with the mop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PowerFresh Steam Mop works great. I use it on laminate and vinyl flooring. It saves me time and the floors are cleaner. I use to use a mop and a bucket. I never thought it would outperform my mop.
