The company of my old steamer doesn't make that model or one like it anymore, so I was counting on being disappointed when I bought this. If anything, I'm happier with this than my old one!

I had a new floor put down and this was what was recommended to use, I have 5 cats and 4 dogs (all rescues) so I need to keep things clean. The fact I can refresh my carpet and throw rugs was a bonus!

I Purchased the power fresh steam mop and at first I thought it was really flimsy and couldn't possibly be doing anything. Halfway through I realized how nice the light weight machine was and the ease of getting around things, like the toilet face. After I was finished you could feel the difference that the floor was really clean. I would recommend this to someone else. In fact I recently purchased another one for a gift.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We can rinse the cloth - need to about 2 times in 1177 sq ft home. It is super easy to use. We only use water or something gentle or natural on the floor- tons of allergies. Then we wash the cloth in the laundry after each use -- love that there is a smoother cloth and a rougher one. Would prefer the same with a small dirty dump reservoir to ensure we aren't smearing dirt/mud back on even better, but works pretty well as is - very convenient, just a bit less hygenic than pulling up all the dirty water for sure. (We have tile.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is one of the best purchases I've made in a while! I got it to clean my laminated floor and it does the job very well. Light weight and With the rotating mop head, it gets everywhere I need it to. Black Friday deal, so that's cool, too!

Only used it twice so far. I like the way it cleans my only complaint is the towel sort of comes off of the front when cleaning. Doesn't seem to really change the way it cleans but wish it hooked on a little better. In other reviews I noticed a lot of complaints about the plastic knob for the water tank. It is kind of cheap so I'm just being very careful with it.

It is amazing how clean this mop gets the floors! As soon as I used it the floors were shining. I believe you could eat off them they are that clean. Not only does it do the job but it is so easy to use. Everyone should have one of these!
