I like to see the steam and I don't with this, it also stops then starts again, it's not completely continuous steam. It's ok. After this dies on me I'll probably go back to the shark. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even on the highest setting, cleaning the dog drool makes on my wood flood took a ton of work. It did work better for drool drops than the Crosswave. This is my routine now. I clean my floors first with the Crosswave and then with the Powerfresh steam mop. I would buy them both again but I still want a better working solution.

I researched again just to see if there was a better one out there in the span of those years, nope, this one still has the best reviews. I have one and I gave one to my daughter to use at her house. We all love the ease of using the steamer and the way it cleans the floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the PowerFresh Steam Mop Hard Floor Steam Cleaner to clean both my ceramic tile floors and my laminate wood floors. It does a great job cleaning my floors and since it uses distilled water, I know there are no harmful chemicals left on my floor. I use the Level 3 Steam Setting for the ceramic tile floors and the Level 1 Steam Setting for the laminate flooring.

I really liked my previous steamer which is the same as this purchase but for the life of me why did you change the water fill the old one was great easy to open this one I already struggle with the pull up to get it out the lips are to small to get it out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have birch floors. They have their original finish and this Bissell is the best way to keep them clean and bright. Just dry swifter or vacuum your hardwood floors first then use the steam Bissell. It's also great for doing a quick spot clean on carpet that may have had a spill or pet accident on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I very much love this mop...have a 1 y/o granddaughter & need the tile to be as clean as possible. was concerned w the fact that there was no cleaning product recommended but have found that there is so little transfer film because of no soap. Would def recommend purchase
