[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mop. It is extremely easy to use and lightweight which works well for me as I have a bad back. I use this mop for my kitchen and my bathrooms which are the most used rooms in my home. it cleans better than when I used to scrub my floors on my hands and knees. you just let the steam do its job and the dirt comes right out. I have tried another major brand mop and it does not come close to this mop and it wont break your wallet.

She loves the fact that the wood floors, as well as the tiled floor are thoroughly cleaned. I have purchase a second Bissell as back-up. It's a wonderful machine, easy to operate and maintain. I can only stress one important point to the users: Use distilled water as recommended by the manufacturer!

If I were to purchase again I think I would go with the shark professional. But will see how long this one lasts since I made the investment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have almost 1900 sq.ft. of ceramic tile in our home. Mopping takes forever. My Bissell Power Fresh Pet Steam Mop is sooo easy to use. It heats the water and is ready to use in less then a minute. It is not hard to steam clean all of my tile. To my surprise, it dries very, very quickly, so I can use it before company comes and the floor is sparkling clean and dry when they arrive. . I love the little scent packets, too. The whole house is clean and smelling fresh in no time. Thank you Bissell; you made it a pleasure to steam clean my floors. The sweet little carpet attachment allows me to freshen up my area rugs, too. Best money I ever spent. Value, Value, Value

I love this steam mop so much. It gets my tile floors so clean without any chemicals or scrubbing. However, I noticed it wouldn't stand up on its own and kept falling backwards or on its side. I realized if the handle was leaning forward and balanced just so, it would stay up, but after a while it would lose its balance and fall over again. I'd been leaning it against the wall while it was heating up, as there was nothing to click it into place and hold it upright. I watched a Youtube video on the product and noticed they are supposed to stand up on their own like a vacuum cleaner. I contacted the company and received wonderful customer service. I really hope my new one works better, because it does a wonderful job cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many years of service from my Oreck Steam Mop which finally bite the dust and was too costly to repair as it has been discontinued, we decided to switch back to Bissell. Prior to Oreck we were devoted to the less than $100 unit for several years. Each time they failed we just replaced it with a new unit. Hopefully this fantastic Power Fresh unit gives us at 2 yrs of great service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We can rinse the cloth - need to about 2 times in 1177 sq ft home. It is super easy to use. We only use water or something gentle or natural on the floor- tons of allergies. Then we wash the cloth in the laundry after each use -- love that there is a smoother cloth and a rougher one. Would prefer the same with a small dirty dump reservoir to ensure we aren't smearing dirt/mud back on even better, but works pretty well as is - very convenient, just a bit less hygenic than pulling up all the dirty water for sure. (We have tile.)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well , it takes a minute to heat and when you run out of cord and have to unplug it and plug back in then it must reheat again all over. Otherwise I really like it. Cleans well , water bottle hold enough water to do most of the house .

I purchased this item since my daughter was looking for a steam mop with her new place with tile floor, so I recommended this item and she liked the review she saw as well, and now she's got it and she loves it. and we love it too, so easy to operate and sanitize whole floor.
