So far, I really like how much dirt is picked up in the pad. It seems to do a very thorough job of cleaning. The water filling system is very easy to use. The scrubbing option could be a bit better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this steam mop to clean my linoleum, tile and hardwood floors. I like the idea of using steam to clean my floors - to kill germs and no residue buildup from products. I have used the unit once on the three different floors and liked it. I am pleased with the three options for moisture on the steam mop. I used the first setting (least amount of water) on my hardwoods and the third setting (most amount of water) on my tile and linoleum floors. I do need to purchase additional mop pads as my floors get too dirty from the kids and pets. I was very pleased and surprised by how clean the linoleum floor was with very little work. My old steam mop didn't do that good of a job. Two passes on the dirty areas and the floor was clean (by the dog water bowl). The cord is nice length - it allows you to mop an entire room. A negative for me is the no on/off button. Overall I am very pleased with the steam mop. My daughter was impressed with the linoleum floor so she tested the mop on her tile floors. She was impressed with the unit and also liked it. I guess I better watch out or my steam mop might go missing.

Any dirt/spills/stains on the floor come off with ease. I also use it to steam clean the floor in my in-home gym and I purchased the carpet attachment and even steam over the rubber black matting in my gym space. Definitely recommend this steam mop and the carpet attachment!

I have 3 cats and a messy Marvin husband. You can tell where they've all been by the footprints and coffee dribbles. Bought one for my sister for her birthday after her 4 year old Shark cleaner died. Can't say enough about this product

I use my steam cleaner on all my hard surfaces. It works just great and picks up a lot of dirt. I used to have a Haan steam mop, but it wasn't as effective as the Bissell steam mop. I couldn't believe how dirty the mop head was when I was done. I do wish it had an indicator light to show when the water level was low and the water tank is a little hard to remove. I like how agile the mop head is. The built in scrubber is an added plus in a kitchen floor.

I would always put that chore off as long as possible, but no longer!!! My new Bissell arrived last week and already all the floors in my home are sparkling. It's so easy to use, and so fast.

use this as our regular mop. Heats up quickly and is very easy to use. love that it stands on its own while I move kitchen chairs etc to really clean around the table. It doesn't take up a lot of space in the closet so I keep in the closet just off the kitchen

I have lots of laminate flooring in my new home & I worried that it would be time consuming & difficult to keep them clean . Then a friend lent me her Bissel Steam Mop, and it was love at first swipe !! It is easy to use, and it made short work of cleaning all of my flooring ! I love that it uses steam instead of harsh chemicals, and that the scrubbing pads are washable & reusable!! Good for my pocketbook & the Planet !!!!
