[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the steam mop on our tiled floors. The mop works great and even helps to keep the grout looking new. It heats up quick and also makes the task of mopping the floors quick. I have tried other steam mops and they were terrible, and luckily I was able to return them. This is by far the best steam mop that I have ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After purchasing and using two 31N1 steam mops over the last 8 -9 years, the last one began to fail. I ordered the Bissell Power Fresh Steam Mop. I've used the new one now for about a month and generally 2 - 3 times a week. On the positive, I can say I like the larger mop head and the speed at which it heats. Additionally, the three steam settings is a nice feature. On the negative, the electrical cord quick release feature doesn't seem well constructed and may not last. I also find the mop head more difficult to put on. I ordered the scent discs but quit using them as they are very strongly scented.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried my steam mop for the first time today and absolutely loved it. My floors feel so clean, and actually look brighter. The steam mop was so easy to guide around the floors and there wasn't any scrubbing necessary. The cord was long enough that it allowed me to do a tremendous area before having to plug it in elsewhere. I used the distilled water as advised.

I like it a lot. Very easy to use, good long cord, good pivot. Heats quickly. More than one steam option. I have reserved one star as I haven't used it long and right now I wish the (more textured) mop head (not sure what it's called; the cloth), wouldn't get so dirty so fast. I sweep the floor before steaming, of course and will wash it. I am hoping it doesn't shrink. I understand it is supposed to be washable. So we'll see how long it last being washed frequently (I rescue cats and have to clean often to keep animals healthy). I haven't use fragrance or other options to speak to that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Did a great job on my stone floors. I did not have to dry my floor after using and there was no water streaking. I used distilled water as recommended. I only had to fill up the water once for 1800 sq ft of flooring, on the second stream setting. I had ordered additional pads. I did use 2 pads washing my floor, which had been washed a week prior. I love not having to use chemicals, only water. The long electrical cord is another great feature.

I just rinse thoroughly under hot water, ring it out by hand, and stick it back on the mop. Refilling is quick and the bottle holds enough water for several uses before needing to be refilled. It is light and easy to store. I use it all the time.

I tried other steam mops and cleaners and this is the best. I use it on all of my hard floors and use it with the frame for touch up carpet cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Bissell products before. This one is the best so far. The size of the mop head and weight is great. The cord is perfect also. I can steam mop two rooms without unplugging. The variations of steam is also great. Heavier steam for tiles and lighter steam for wood floors. With the other attachments for steaming rugs I have used it on my mattresses also!

I use this product on tile floors. It does an OK job. My previous steamer did not have a swivel head, so I am getting used to this feature. I wish the pad was thicker, seams like I am pushing water across the floor and leaving residue in the grout rather then steam cleaning the floor.

I first saw it in action at a friend's house; I saw how well it cleaned the floors and decided to purchase my own. Wet Swiffers only take care of part of the issue when cleaning - they don't disinfect. We have 2 large dogs and this mop cleans well, makes the house smell great (I used the Citrus Water) and does not streak the wood or tile floors - which a Wet Swiffer WILL do. I am so happy with the product and so glad I bought one for our home!
