Steam cleaner is quite light and easy to maneuver. With a full tank I can clean my entire kitchen and one bathroom. It heats up quick and really gets the floor clean. I am very happy with this purchase. Having 3 small dogs, I am worried about the chemicals we spread around our house. They snatch up anything that falls to the floor (anything), so having a chemical-free cleaning option was a plus for us.

Having a stream mop that allows three steam settings gives me the control I want when cleaning our hardwood floors. We were worried about too much heat and moisture but this model has been great. I haven't found the built-in Easy Scrubber made much of a difference (yet) but I have no complaints that it's available to use. All in all, I'm happy with this product and would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how lightweight and easy it is to maneuver, carry upstairs, etc. The swivel head and brush make it so easy to get into difficult places. The cord is nice and long to get around multiple rooms. The 3 steam options are excellent for the variety of floorings that are in my home. The addition of a small scented disc really makes each room smell fresh and clean/without overwhelming you. Love knowing that I have sterilized my home floors! The only part that I am finding difficult is keeping the pad clean, especially if the substance I have cleaned is particularly sticky (eg., hairspray residue).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never felt that I was getting my floors really clean when using a mop, and had zero inclination to get down on my hands and knees to actually scrub the floor. I couldn't wait to use this steam cleaner. The night before it arrived, I vacuumed and mopped the floors as usual. I was both delighted and shocked by the dirt that was on the mop head. This is a whole new level of clean. The steam cleaner is easy to assemble, and the cloth mop heads are easy to put on and take off. My only complaint is that the handle seems flimsy and it easily falls over. That's why I gave only 4 stars I love this product

There was a bit of a learning curve since I am used to moving a vacuum around rather quickly and that is not effective for steam cleaning. But didn't take long to figure that out. The one thing is I wish this came with more mop pads and scent things so I wouldn't have to order more so soon.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently purchased this Bissell steam floor cleaner, I found it extremely easy to use,very affordable and it cleans my floors very well. The floors look great and the steam gets into the crevices where the dirt gets trapped. I have substantial amount of flooring to clean and I only had to refill the water reservoir once.

I do love it because most of my house is tile...My floors are clean and shiny and not having to use any chemicals is great. I do wish the cord was a lot longer (I just add an extension cord)...As much as I love it I wish it had CONTINUOUS steam.

They look like wood but it's laminate, it has grooves all in it like real wood does and they are unsealed! So my floors kept dirt in them! I like it bleach mop and them go over top with the steam mop and it gets these awful floors clean!! Love love throw product!

I had my doubts about my hardwood floors after reading people who said don't use a steam mop on hardwood. It does not get them too wet. It drys fast and the floors are left super clean with no residue.
