Our home has Spanish tile floors throughout with thick grout lines. Add that with two large dogs going in and out makes for difficult floors to clean. Those Swiffer items just don't work for us. I also had a Shark but that didn't seem to work either. This one fits the bill.

I didn't realize how dirty my floors were until I used this product. I've tried steam mops in the past with some luck, but when the last one died I switched to a regular mop and then a quick spray jet mop for small messes. Wow was I ever surprised when I first used the steam mop and dirt came off the tile so easily! My only issue with this product is that the mop pad gets sopping wet after only 1 tank full of water. Maybe that's because I've been using the highest steam setting to clean my floors. But I did have to buy a few extra mop pads so I can change them out when they get too wet and just push the dirty water around instead of absorbing it. (I do have quite a bit of tile in my house too.) I think this is a fantastic product otherwise and am glad to have such clean floors!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our steam mop on our kitchen and bathroom floors. It is easy-to-use, lightweight, and gives a much deeper better clean than our old swiffer mop. I like that cleaning products are not used, as I don't care for residue and heavy scents.

Only used it twice so far. I like the way it cleans my only complaint is the towel sort of comes off of the front when cleaning. Doesn't seem to really change the way it cleans but wish it hooked on a little better. In other reviews I noticed a lot of complaints about the plastic knob for the water tank. It is kind of cheap so I'm just being very careful with it.

I was nervous about buying this because I have used cordless items forever (Swiffer). However, I wanted something that didn't use chemicals, was easy to use and would leave my floors looking and feeling clean. THIS mop is all that. I did not use the scent discs so I can't speak to those but I love how clean my floors not only look but feel! I hated spending hours mopping just to see residue leftover or when I would barefoot it would feel sticky or dirty. The only con I can think of it that the mop calls for distilled water but I can manage. I definitely recommend this product!

I highly recommend this mop, it works great and does a really good job at cleaning all the dog slobbers off my kitchen floor that's hardwood by the way...lol!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my second or third steamboost mop I've had over the years. Its a bit more "cumbersome" than the steamboost and you can't get into the smaller spaces that you can with the steambooat. Since there is a removable and washable cleaning pad, it will be a bit hard to tell how the cleaning is going over time as the pad will become completely gray. This mop goes through the water and/or scented water quickly, especially on the high steam setting. The medium setting seems to be sufficient though. The worst part about this mop is the plug. It does not stay in the outlet! I have to use a GFI outlet for it to stay in the wall! It will be interesting to see if the additional cost for this "upgraded" steam mop will be worth it over time and how long it will last.

Our floors were always giving us black soles on our feet even after mopping with cleaner and rinsing mainly due to burning of sugar cane in our area. Since using this steam cleaner our floors are beautifully cleaner than ever before and black soles have not returned.

They look like wood but it's laminate, it has grooves all in it like real wood does and they are unsealed! So my floors kept dirt in them! I like it bleach mop and them go over top with the steam mop and it gets these awful floors clean!! Love love throw product!

After researching multiple hard floor steam cleaners, I decided the PowerFresh Pet Steam Mop was best suited for my needs. I LOVE IT! So much easier and quicker that the old mop and bucket. Best purchase I've made in a while! It heats the steam quickly. I would recommend washing the pads first. I didn't and found that they streaked my floor. After washing them, they are working much better!
