She loves the fact that the wood floors, as well as the tiled floor are thoroughly cleaned. I have purchase a second Bissell as back-up. It's a wonderful machine, easy to operate and maintain. I can only stress one important point to the users: Use distilled water as recommended by the manufacturer!

Recently , we have purchased the Green machine for pet households and it's fabulous. No need to play around with other cleaners or rentals. It does a better job than the commercial companies plus you can use it anytime for touch ups. Sharon M

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Large kitchen tile floor. i love this steam mop my floor has never felt or looked cleaner. Only regret is not owning one for last 18 years of doing this floor! I have only had a few weeks but used several times already. So easy to use I can't believe I never owned one. Cleans right up to edges and corners with no dirt pushed against baseboards. Only thing that would enhance this mop for me personally would be the clean sent of murphys oil that I love. Using plain water without scented tabs due to the fact that strong scents bother me.

It's easy to fill the container with water, love the fact that has 3 options for the steam, very good price, easy to move around and more than everything .. the floors dry really fast even in the low steam setting. Definitely recommended 100%.

No one likes to clean a floor but this Bissell is so easy to use that you don't mind grabbing for it. Its lite weight, easy to load with water and very maneuverable. Most importantly it works. My oak hardwood floors come up super clean with minimal effort. It should have been called Bissell Floor Buddy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use, lightweight (very important to me, I only weigh 110lbs) simple instructions and it seems to have done a good job (I just used it for the first time and am waiting for it to dry thoroughly ). I previously purchased a Hoover Floormate and had to return it, it was so heavy and cumbersome to use. The only improvement I would make is the water tank/reservoir isn't big enough! I have a 1900 sq ft home and probably 2/3 of it is tile. I needed almost two full tanks to clean on the medium setting. It would be so nice to be able to do it in one without having to stop and refill. Not a huge issue, but quite important to me. Thanks!
