I would have given 5 stars but had a couple of small issues that I would love to see changed in future models. First was the instructions to put together the unit were lacking....thankfully we have YouTube, there seemed to be an extra piece in our package and we couldnt understand why it wasnt mentioned, its the part you set the unit in when not using, but took us a while to come to that conclusion not even YouTube addressed that. Also there was vague instruction to find the snap in area to make it click together. We finally succeeded by watching a video. Lastly, the size of the fluid holder on the unit is really small, I have a 2600 sq ft house all tiled we had to refill often, for one or two hard floor rooms though this size is fine. Would be nice to have another model for larger work areas. On the positives side, this Bissell is the best ive used in the 6 years ive owned this completely tiled home (ive used many brands so far). I use this machine to do the entire house once a week completely and then a few times a week in the heavy traffic areas that get dirty quickly. This PowerFresh model scrubs the floor really well with the scrubbing pad on, it also doesnt flood the floor with moisture it produces more steam than other ive used and that is the secret to cleaner floors and faster drying time, we can walk on the floor just minutes after cleaning them (that impressed me the most!). The unit is lightweight and easy to use, easy ro change the pads and has a pocket for the discs that smell wonderful! When I wash the cleaning pads with other cleaning cloths the smell of the discs goes through the laundry and that was an added bonus for me. The other pad that comes with the unit, I use on a daily basis since its usually to just wipe up spills or shoe debris. The machine heats very fast. We are happy with this purchase. You can see the steam, it glides smooth, the fresh scent disc makes the house smell good, I like that it also had long cord. I have a small house about 1300 sq ft and I was able to use the water I filled it up with and was surprised I didn't need to refill it.

I really needed something better than a Swiffer, and this is 1,000 times better. It's easy to push, easy to fill, and makes the floors clean without chemicals. I LOVE it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never felt that I was getting my floors really clean when using a mop, and had zero inclination to get down on my hands and knees to actually scrub the floor. I couldn't wait to use this steam cleaner. The night before it arrived, I vacuumed and mopped the floors as usual. I was both delighted and shocked by the dirt that was on the mop head. This is a whole new level of clean. The steam cleaner is easy to assemble, and the cloth mop heads are easy to put on and take off. My only complaint is that the handle seems flimsy and it easily falls over. That's why I gave only 4 stars I love this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since my wife uses it she really likes it, simple to use, I use to watch her on her hands and knees scrub floor and felt sorry for her so I got one for Christmas a year ago. She liked it so much we got one for where she works and one for a family member to give as a gift. So far they work fine and much easier then on hands and knees plus I didn't like the idea spraying a chemical cleaner . CB

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great cleaning for porcelin tile floors. Love the mop. However, the mop barely makes it to two years without the steam element giving out. I am on my third mop. It does get pricey replacing the mops. If I had the mop fixed, it would cost more than a replacement. I think you should give a returning customer a discount.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this wonderful little mop all over the house. On the hardwood floors and tiles in the bathrooms. I even used it in the walk-in shower (walls and floor). Just a great tool. I also used it on my area rugs and the results were fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mop. It is extremely easy to use and lightweight which works well for me as I have a bad back. I use this mop for my kitchen and my bathrooms which are the most used rooms in my home. it cleans better than when I used to scrub my floors on my hands and knees. you just let the steam do its job and the dirt comes right out. I have tried another major brand mop and it does not come close to this mop and it wont break your wallet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved it!! I'm a housekeeper and I was thinking to sanitize the floors of my clients once in a while. And this steam mop is just perfect!! It's easy to fill the container with water, love the fact that has 3 options for the steam, very good price, easy to move around and more than everything .. the floors dry really fast even in the low steam setting. Definitely recommended 100%.
