[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love this steam cleaner. I have a floor with bumpy tile (stone look) and dirt gets trapped where the tile is not even. To get it clean by hand I need to get on my knees and scrub with a toothbrush. This mop steams the dirt up without any scrubbing- which I love. I owned one previously that did not last a year, I am hopeful the product has been improved and that I can enjoy this mop for awhile!

Smells so fresh and really does a deep clean on my floors! with 3 kids, 2 big dogs, and living on a farm this mop was a life saver! I was nervous about purchasing but so glad I did, makes my floors look amazing and no sticky feel to the floor like how they were when I used a swiffer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We get a lot of foot traffic on our laminate flooring in the Kitchen and Family room. We tried using a Swiffer, which was fine for a while. But, the steam clean we get from this Bissel product is much better, especially for the Kitchen and Dining areas. It is as convenient as the Swiffer, but we are not obligated to keep buying the proprietary cleaning pads and spray fluid.

Only regret is not owning one for last 18 years of doing this floor! I have only had a few weeks but used several times already. So easy to use I can't believe I never owned one. Cleans right up to edges and corners with no dirt pushed against baseboards. Only thing that would enhance this mop for me personally would be the clean sent of murphys oil that I love. Using plain water without scented tabs due to the fact that strong scents bother me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Made cleaning my linoleum floors easy. If the stain was a little stubborn I just let the steam mop sit a second over the dirt and it was done. My floors dried fast due to the heat. Made my kitchen smell that much more fresh. My sink doesn't have to be empty anymore to do the mopping. The swivel head got into the corners and the unit lays practicaly flat to fit under furniture. I use the distilled water to ensure a long life for my steam mop.

With multiple pet fosters, i need to clean regularly (often daily--or a couple times a day, so easy is important. I need to order a couple of sets of cleaning pads because i can't keep up with washing the 2 pads included.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the PowerFresh Steam Mop. I have used it twice now and it does a fine job. I am so happy not to use a mop and a pail. It is very easy to use and for my home I have to fill the reservoir twice to get the job done. I use Publix purified water which apparently is the same as distilled water. I've washed the mop head twice now and I wish it would come out looking cleaner. I like the perfume disks that came with the mop. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase and I hope the product lasts for years.

Getting the mop pad on and off is difficult. You have to pick up the entire machine and hold it with one hand/arm while you put the pad on with the other. The water reservoir is VERY difficult to get off. There's really nothing to grip with your fingers as you try and pull it up and off. Very poorly designed. If I were more motivated, I would have returned this and bought something else.

Cleaning floors is much easier for me now. Our house has almost 2,000 sq.ft. of flooring. My physical abilities are very limited so I researched to find a steamer that I would be able to operate. I'm glad I chose the PowerFresh Steam Mop. I love the mop pads - they work great, are durable, easy to remove and wash well. My floors are now clean and fresh. It used to take me weeks to clean a floor in one room (due to physical challenges) now I can clean a room in minutes. Great value for my budget. I highly recommend this Bissell product. I love it!
