[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far so good. Purchased this cleaner and it works great on my stone floors. Mine were really dirty and so I needed to do a few passes to really get them clean. I used multiple mop heads and eventually got them looking like new.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our steam mop on our kitchen and bathroom floors. It is easy-to-use, lightweight, and gives a much deeper better clean than our old swiffer mop. I like that cleaning products are not used, as I don't care for residue and heavy scents.

It is amazing how clean this mop gets the floors! As soon as I used it the floors were shining. I believe you could eat off them they are that clean. Not only does it do the job but it is so easy to use. Everyone should have one of these!

I really like this steam mop. I've only used it twice since I purchased it, but the mop did a great job. I don't really like the scent discs, but that's because I have a sensitive nose and I though it was a really strong scent. No problem, I just don't use them. I am happy with my new mop. I love the longer cord and the large mop head. Makes clean up go much faster.

My friend suggested I buy this steamer and I can't believe the difference. Not only did it get stains out, I realized just mopping wasn't doing the job on all my floors, it even brightened up the grout in bathrooms. Highly recommend, KJ

It's amazing at how much dirt it picks up, best to buy extra pads. Great for a home with small kids and dogs. This is the second one I've purchased which will go to my sons new home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Bissell Steam Mop! We have tile and hard wood floors and it cleans them very well! All you do is add water, wait 30 seconds and start cleaning! It is easy to use and light weight. The mop moves easily and the head turns to make getting into tight spaces easily! I use this cleaner at least 2 times a week as our floors get a lot of traffic. The cloth mop part is removable and machine washable. I loved it so much I bought one for my daughter. My neighbor also bought one after seeing how well it works! I would highly recommend this product and would buy another

Easy to assemble, use, and does a great job on my tile floors. Long cord and larger water container are great. My husband doesn't clean the floors but he said "I think I would use this one."
