I love this steam mop. It heats up quickly and gets the job done efficiently. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it does not have an on/off switch and it is very inconvenient to run to the outlet each time I need to turn it off or on, especially when it is just for a few minutes and I'm coming back to it.

This steamer is perfect for cleaning and sterilizing floor. Heats up super fast and when your done , pop off the pad and put second one on. Cleans super good and is a major time saver for me.

Simple to assemble and easy to use. This little machine cleaned and sanitized my living room and kitchen floors in under 15 minutes. The tank is easy to fill and empty. It does not leak. Which is an issue I had with different brand of steam mop. The mop shammies seems sturdy and held up well in my washing machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fact that all you need is water to sanitize your floors is wonderful. No harsh chemicals, no lingering odors. The mop is fairly light and super simple to use. I kind of enjoy mopping and seeing the floors shine. It came with 2 scented tablets that sit in the mop head, but I haven't used them yet, and 2 interchangeable mop heads. The water canister is small yet surprisingly you rarely have to refill it. The only three downsides I'd say are that it's a little hard to push on our hardwood floors, it takes a bit more effort which can be tiresome. It would also be nice if it was cordless. The cord is has a generous length so you don't have to continuously plug and unplug as you mop but having to uncoil and coil it gets annoying. Understandably, it would be much more expensive if it were cordless but a thing to consider perhaps as an option. Lastly, the water canister is a little tricky to take out. Overall, I love our purchase, I think it was well worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like dirt or grit on my floors. It gets tracked from the tile to the carpet and drives me crazy. This machine just made my life so much easier because I don't have to keep ringing out a mop or buying disposable pads for one of those Swiffer things. I only used half the little tank of water and it did all my marble floors and left a fresh scent all over my house. I just pop the little terry cloth pad off and wash it out by hand with dish washing detergent. Hang it up to dry and it's ready to go for next time. Super fast and easy cuz it gets into tough areas and you can just do the entire house without stopping. The pad doesn't even get soaked and soggy. The steam evaporates enough that there isn't an issue with that. Love this thing and the price is so right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Incredibly easy to use and gentle on my floors. One scrubber pad made it through my entire kitchen and dining room. Previously I've used Swiffer wetjets but they break, are harder to use, and it'll take 3-4 pads to get all of the dirt from my two dogs. This is a must have item if you live in desert or dusty areas where fine dust accumulates on everything.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 3rd steam mop. My last one was a Bissell. It lasted for several years, so I bought a new Bissell. Heats up quickly, steam is very hot. Like the fact I do not have to hold down a button for the steam. My hands are weak so having the steam always on is perfect for me. I use it on tile floors about twice a week. Light weight, water tank is easy to fill. Cord is really long. All positive for my use.
