[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop is excellent! The large cleaning service really lets you get the job done fast! It is so light and easy to move around. I love the scrubby attachment! The only thing I miss is the handle that was on the front of my old Bissell steam mop; the handle made it easier to maneuver. All in all it's the best steam mop I've ever used.

When I bought this I was hoping to be able to use it on all my tile floor area. It's not really designed for large areas. The little brush on the back doesn't help as much as I had hoped, and you end up just pushing dirt around, but for small areas, it's great. I really like it for my bathroom floors. A lot of unseen things on these floors. To do my larger areas, I got the Bissell Crosswave, which I like except I wish they had figured a way to separate the dry dirt from the dirty water. Clean up can be a little gross. If I need to do a little extra cleaning around the base boards and certain areas I'll use the Steam mop. I have yet to find the perfect floor cleaner, but so far both these products do make my life easier.

I had purchased so I could get into small spaces to clean and sterile, especially my shower floors. I use it daily and love how I can take the pad off and throw it in my wash to clean. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's easy to use. So far, I used it on marble, ceramic, and granite tiles. It does a pretty good job of cleaning. I noticed a few dirt spots on black granite floor. Maybe I missed them, not sure. Floors do look good!

I love the sent disks but they are so potent! Feels like I walked into some botanical garden when I mop with this. Thank you for doing what you do! Keep up the darn thing ♡♡♡♡♡♡

I used this to clean my floors after a fire extinguisher was used and drywall was put up so the floors were all kinds of filthy and this was the only mop that cleaned the mess up instead of just spreading it around

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used my Bessel Steam Cleaner once and it worked perfectly. It used much less water than I anticipated and did a great job cleaning my floors. I couldn't give it 5 stars since I've only used it once. It heated up quickly and was very easy to use. I especially liked the swivel head of the mop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steam cleaner is so easy to use and does a great job deep cleaning. Love that it has 3 steam settings. Any dirt/spills/stains on the floor come off with ease. I also use it to steam clean the floor in my in-home gym and I purchased the carpet attachment and even steam over the rubber black matting in my gym space. Definitely recommend this steam mop and the carpet attachment!

I would have given 5 stars but had a couple of small issues that I would love to see changed in future models. First was the instructions to put together the unit were lacking....thankfully we have YouTube, there seemed to be an extra piece in our package and we couldnt understand why it wasnt mentioned, its the part you set the unit in when not using, but took us a while to come to that conclusion not even YouTube addressed that. Also there was vague instruction to find the snap in area to make it click together. We finally succeeded by watching a video. Lastly, the size of the fluid holder on the unit is really small, I have a 2600 sq ft house all tiled we had to refill often, for one or two hard floor rooms though this size is fine. Would be nice to have another model for larger work areas. On the positives side, this Bissell is the best ive used in the 6 years ive owned this completely tiled home (ive used many brands so far). I use this machine to do the entire house once a week completely and then a few times a week in the heavy traffic areas that get dirty quickly. This PowerFresh model scrubs the floor really well with the scrubbing pad on, it also doesnt flood the floor with moisture it produces more steam than other ive used and that is the secret to cleaner floors and faster drying time, we can walk on the floor just minutes after cleaning them (that impressed me the most!). The unit is lightweight and easy to use, easy ro change the pads and has a pocket for the discs that smell wonderful! When I wash the cleaning pads with other cleaning cloths the smell of the discs goes through the laundry and that was an added bonus for me. The other pad that comes with the unit, I use on a daily basis since its usually to just wipe up spills or shoe debris. The machine heats very fast. We are happy with this purchase. Shipped in 4 days
