I have one and I gave one to my daughter to use at her house. We all love the ease of using the steamer and the way it cleans the floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an excellent steam mop, and is the second that we're purchased. So obviously we'd purchase it again! Prior to this one, we tried a few other brands and none of them last for more than a year before failing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've looked at the other more "complicated" hard surface cleaners. I've read reviews and watched product demos. But I've bought this a second time bc it gets the floors cleaned... simply. The other devices have their place. Rollers and vacuums and changing the water out. They work. They are intense.... But they are .... involved. This is simply, very hot steam, on a mop head and... pow!!... clean. Squeak my shoes on the floor clean. Add an extra mop head to do the whole house, add a scented disk and it smells clean. The price is right for the (simple) clean you get.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced old tile floors a couple years ago. Our tile floors seem to attract dirt that is impossible to really clean. Do to my age (80) can't get down on floors to scrub to the point I feel they are clean. Finally dawned on me to try steam. Should have done it earlier. Saw ad for Bessel on tv & it finally clicked in that that might be worth a try. Steamer does the job I was striving for. Thanks!!!!

Having a stream mop that allows three steam settings gives me the control I want when cleaning our hardwood floors. We were worried about too much heat and moisture but this model has been great. I haven't found the built-in Easy Scrubber made much of a difference (yet) but I have no complaints that it's available to use. All in all, I'm happy with this product and would recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steam does a great job cleaning my laminate floors and tiled bathrooms. The only draw back is the cord. I would prefer a battery driven device, but I assume that generating the steam by battery is a problem. I'm sure Bissell is working on that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using my PowerFresh Steam Moo Hard Floor Steam Cleaner for many years. I did recently have to order a replacement cap and insert after about 4 years, but that is the only problem I've had. I only recommend using this steam mop on "sealed" hardwood and time floors. I would not use it on a hardwood floor that is no longer sealed, because it will cause the remaining hardwood to fade. I have tried numerous other hardwood floor mops and none of them work as good as the PowerFresh Steam Mop. It is definitely the best one on the market.

I ordered the Little Green Proheat and was excited to receive it in just one day from order. On the weekend, I assembled it and was ready to use it, but the heat function did not work. Finding no troubleshooting advice in the manual, I called Customer Service. They explained they did not commonly have this issue and advised I should take it to a repair shop. It took at least 15 minutes to explain that this was not the appropriate course of action, given that I received a defective item and it should be replaced or if not, returned a full refund. The Customer Rep finally told me he would email me a return label. Two days later and two calls later, I am still waiting for the return label to be emailed. Bissell, this is truly disappointing. You should not treat loyal customers in the way. The replacement item should have been mailed out right away, but particularly if you are really slow in getting a return label emailed out to your customer. Very disappointed in the product, but mostly in the poor customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is super easy to use, just fill the water in the removable tank (this is so convenient as my old steam mop did not have this, had to use a cup and had many spills), plug in and use. Its quiet, and the scented pads makes the house smell amazing!
