[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product works well for the price paid. Used it twice on 15yr old ceramic tile floors with good results. Some discoloring still shows but much better than a mop & cleanser. Repeated uses may bring them back to like new.

I used this to clean my floors after a fire extinguisher was used and drywall was put up so the floors were all kinds of filthy and this was the only mop that cleaned the mess up instead of just spreading it around

First impression of this machine is a good one, too early to give a complete review, everything is still new. Best way to give a complete review should come after 5 years, let's see if this thing still works. Anyone can make a product that last for a short time, good quality can only be gauged over time

I'm slightly embarrassed to post a picture of how dirty my floor was considering I thought our old steam mop was doing a good job, so I'll let the picture explain the rest.

I didn't know that steam mops were a thing until my friend recommended hers last year...I finally bit the bullet and grabbed one as I have been cleaning my own house again due to COVID. I love it, it's so satisfying to see my floors turn beautiful before my eyes, and I love not using chemicals to clean! The mop works like a charm and was easy to set up and use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The #sweepstakes email was a good idea! I would have reviewed most likely anyway but now I have a chance to win something too. I would have given 5 stars but had a couple of small issues that I would love to see changed in future models. First was the instructions to put together the unit were lacking....thankfully we have YouTube, there seemed to be an extra piece in our package and we couldnt understand why it wasnt mentioned, its the part you set the unit in when not using, but took us a while to come to that conclusion not even YouTube addressed that. Also there was vague instruction to find the snap in area to make it click together. We finally succeeded by watching a video. Lastly, the size of the fluid holder on the unit is really small, I have a 2600 sq ft house all tiled we had to refill often, for one or two hard floor rooms though this size is fine. Would be nice to have another model for larger work areas. On the positives side, this Bissell is the best ive used in the 6 years ive owned this completely tiled home (ive used many brands so far). I use this machine to do the entire house once a week completely and then a few times a week in the heavy traffic areas that get dirty quickly. This PowerFresh model scrubs the floor really well with the scrubbing pad on, it also doesnt flood the floor with moisture it produces more steam than other ive used and that is the secret to cleaner floors and faster drying time, we can walk on the floor just minutes after cleaning them (that impressed me the most!). The unit is lightweight and easy to use, easy ro change the pads and has a pocket for the discs that smell wonderful! When I wash the cleaning pads with other cleaning cloths the smell of the discs goes through the laundry and that was an added bonus for me. The other pad that comes with the unit, I use on a daily basis since its usually to just wipe up spills or shoe debris. The machine heats very fast. We are happy with this purchase. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have hardwood and tile floors. I also have a little dog. The steam mop does a wonderful job of cleaning the floor and sanitizing it. The house smells so fresh and clean. The best thing is that it does not put to much water on the wood floors. It steams and is dry in seconds. My granddaughter just moved into her first home and she was so impressed with my mop I purchased this one for her. She just loves it.

I felt like I was just spreading the dirt around unless I changed the pad frequently. I also liked the idea of sanitizing the floors. This mop is lightweight and easy to use, swivel head makes maneuvering a breeze! I throw it in the wash, hang it to dry (doesn't take long), and it's ready to use again. I did purchase an extra pad so that I always have one clean. I feel like my floors are cleaner and I'm not continuously spending $ on replacement mop pads; which also cuts down on what's going into my garbage - just trying to do my part! I really like this product and would highly recommend it!
