[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The PowerFresh Steam Mop is fabulous. It is lightweight, produces steam very quickly and is simple to operate. Cleaning floors is much easier for me now. Our house has almost 2,000 sq.ft. of flooring. My physical abilities are very limited so I researched to find a steamer that I would be able to operate. I'm glad I chose the PowerFresh Steam Mop. I love the mop pads - they work great, are durable, easy to remove and wash well. My floors are now clean and fresh. It used to take me weeks to clean a floor in one room (due to physical challenges) now I can clean a room in minutes. Great value for my budget. I highly recommend this Bissell product. I love it!

Microfibre pads wash up really nice and the scent discs are nice to use every once in a while but remember to remove before you put in the washing machine! Happy with my purchase and have recommended to a friend who also purchased. The value and quality can't be beat at this price point!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never felt that I was getting my floors really clean when using a mop, and had zero inclination to get down on my hands and knees to actually scrub the floor. I couldn't wait to use this steam cleaner. The night before it arrived, I vacuumed and mopped the floors as usual. I was both delighted and shocked by the dirt that was on the mop head. This is a whole new level of clean. The steam cleaner is easy to assemble, and the cloth mop heads are easy to put on and take off. My only complaint is that the handle seems flimsy and it easily falls over. That's why I gave only 4 stars I love this product

Now quick and painless with this steamer. It functions as advertised. Stores easily. Great how the steamer head can be thrown in the washer and made ready for next time. The ergonomics of it are perfect. Very happy with this product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Power Fresh Floor Mop, it's general construction but it can be improved. An on off switch on the unit or in cord cord would be nice. I don't get the aroma disk as they are usable for one time really. But most importantly it doesn't leak !! I've only used it on ceramic about 3 times and hopefully it'll stay leakfree.......so far so good...and clean

Love the steam vac. Bought one for myself and saw how wonderful my floors looked. Went out and bought one for my parents and worked wonderful on there floors. Excellent for someone who has asthma and copd. My mom can not breathe with smells of chemicals this steam vac does a beautiful job on her floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this new model for about a month now. I have a mixed feeling about this model. The thing I like most is the large size of pad so cleaning is more efficient. But there are 2 things I really don't like. 1. There is no stop button on the top of the handle. Unlike my previous model, I can stop steam from the top of handle . In this new model, I have to bent down to the button to press it a couple times to get to the stop position. I normally always use the normal steam level, so I have to press it twice to stop the steam. I don't mind pressing the button, it is the location of the button being on the lower section of the steamer so I need to bend down. 2. When I unplug the steamer and plug again, I have to wait for 30 seconds for the steamer to get ready. I understand that I need to wait when I first plugin the steamer. But when I move from one outlet to another one due to cable not long enough, the steam will not be ready immediately. I think the steamer simply wait for 30 seconds every time it plug in, no matter if it still hot. When I clean my kitchen and dinning room together (the two rooms are connected), I normally need to move the steamer to 4 different outlets and each time I need to wait for it to get ready. This is annoying. Overall, I still like the steamer, just wishing it has the 2 improvements.

I have 3 cats and a messy Marvin husband. You can tell where they've all been by the footprints and coffee dribbles. Bought one for my sister for her birthday after her 4 year old Shark cleaner died. Can't say enough about this product

No matter how hard I scrubbed with the old-school mop method, I could never get the grout clean. After just 2 passes with my new PowerFresh Steam Mop, the grout is already noticeably cleaner. I was worried that it might lift the grout, but absolutely no problems at all. I did order extra mop heads, and I'm glad I did, because this cleans so well!!
