I also used the carpet glider attachment and I love it. What I like most about this steam mop is that not a lot of water comes out at one time, so your floors aren't soaking wet and it dries super fast. Great product! #sweepstakes

She liked it so much we got one for where she works and one for a family member to give as a gift. So far they work fine and much easier then on hands and knees plus I didn't like the idea spraying a chemical cleaner . CB

You can see the steam, it glides smooth, the fresh scent disc makes the house smell good, I like that it also had long cord. I have a small house about 1300 sq ft and I was able to use the water I filled it up with and was surprised I didn't need to refill it.

Getting the mop pad on and off is difficult. You have to pick up the entire machine and hold it with one hand/arm while you put the pad on with the other. The water reservoir is VERY difficult to get off. There's really nothing to grip with your fingers as you try and pull it up and off. Very poorly designed. If I were more motivated, I would have returned this and bought something else.

My neighbor loaned me her Power Steam Mop and I was so impressed by the clean floor that I ordered the Bissell Steam Mop the same day on-line and received it from Bissell two days later. I definitely recommend this product.

I use it on my tile floors in kitchen/great room, laundry room & linoleum bathroom floors. Three levels of steam ready immediately, wonderfully long power cord. Even cleans grout. Easy to use, comes with 4 cloth cleaning pads. I use distilled water. Highly recommend.

I think, though, that you also need to "dry" the area that you are steaming in order to pick up all the dirt. The steam does a good job, but you need a second appliance or way to dry the area in order to complete the job.

Would def recommend purchase

It is also incredibly convenient and is operational very quickly. Does the job very well, and is very sustainable since the mop heads are machine washable. Huge win!

I love my new steam mop I did a lot of research before I bought it and all the research was correct this is one of the best brands you can buy for your money it proform very well and its very light and easy everyone always know when I use it because it make the house smell so great I love the inserts that you put in the pads that make the house smell great I need some more of those this is the best steam mop ever and the mop cleans the floor great
