We have used swifter wet jet in the past and until we used our Bissell Steamer we didn't know what clean was. The floor feels so clean. The swifter left it feeling sticky and like there was a residue in the floor. With the Bissell steamer I feel confident letting my two year old play on the floor. I would let him eat off the floor now!

It does a great job getting into the corners and puts out a lot of steam. Very lightweight. I wish the water supply was larger and the cord longer. I have asthma so was worried about the scent, but since we have dogs, I thought I would give them a try. The scent is just pleasant, not overpowering.

It used much less water than I anticipated and did a great job cleaning my floors. I couldn't give it 5 stars since I've only used it once. It heated up quickly and was very easy to use. I especially liked the swivel head of the mop.

I read many reviews and decided that Bissell was the one. The name and dependability as well as the ease and performance. Loved mine so much that I bought one for my son ( he loves it!) and my daughter and her husband bought one and are obsessed with it. The greatest purchase ever. Thank you Bissell!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Bissell after 22 years. Love it! Bissell finally got it 100% right! The pad is easy to put on the machine. I like having a pad for hardwoods and a pad for other things such as my kitchen linoleum. I love the fact that I have options for the amount of steam to be used. I also love the fact that it turns on and off after you plug it in. I will now go buy distilled water to use so I don't break this cleaner.

I use this product on tile floors. It does an OK job. My previous steamer did not have a swivel head, so I am getting used to this feature. I wish the pad was thicker, seams like I am pushing water across the floor and leaving residue in the grout rather then steam cleaning the floor.

While great for quick clean ups, I wasn't sure it was doing the best job on my floors. I also was concerned about getting the floor in my elderly mother's bathroom clean enough. I was so happy with how clean this product got not only my bathroom floor, but my mother's floor is so clean and I know it's deep clean. Used it on her kitchen floor, which is a stone floor and it's starting to look new again. Plus I'm not wasting a bunch of paper by using the Swiffer. The only problem I really have is finding distilled water. Oh, well, another supply chain issue? Thanks so much!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love love love it!!!! Best steam mop I have ever used. Heats up super fast. The 3 setting's are nice to have. Light and easy to use. Swivel head is extra nice! I actually enjoyed steaming all 2600 sq ft of tile!! Oh....and the floor dries really quick!!!

Like how light weight it is and the steam level options are great. So easy to use. The carpet glide I got with it is fabulous and with 4 pets helps me give those little messes the final certain cleaning and deodorizing needed. Like this steam only mop much better than the dual steam and vac. I put a couple drops of tea tree oil inside the fabric cover for fresh smell.

I first saw it in action at a friend's house; I saw how well it cleaned the floors and decided to purchase my own. Wet Swiffers only take care of part of the issue when cleaning - they don't disinfect. We have 2 large dogs and this mop cleans well, makes the house smell great (I used the Citrus Water) and does not streak the wood or tile floors - which a Wet Swiffer WILL do. I am so happy with the product and so glad I bought one for our home!
