I even use it to clean walls. I like the fact that I can clean all of these without harsh chemicals. Just water. Works great

It's also easy to use & doesn't weigh much, which is great for my back. I would purchase this product again & have mentioned it to several of my friends who have pets & those who don't. It's a great time saver.

I was amazed at what came off of what I thought were my clean floors. The only thing I would consider changing would be the white mop heads to a different colour like maybe blue so you weren't so horrified by the colour When you finished. I would definitely recommend this product.

I read many reviews and decided that Bissell was the one. The name and dependability as well as the ease and performance. I keep going back to them because they do clean well and there really isn't anyone else making a reasonably priced steam mop besides Shark. I clean for a living and have learned a lot through trial and error. First of all, only use distilled water in the mop. If you don't, it will last just passed the one-year warranty. Secondly, be aware they are not for all wood floors. Also, they are not recommended for wood floors that were sealed in a factory. This is because steam can get between the boards where there may not be a good amount of poly to protect the wood. Do not leave a hot mop sitting on linoleum. It will turn it white and this may not ever go away. The mop is great for tile surfaces , but it doesn't really clean the grout very well. Also, some grout becomes discolored and turns white. Finally, don't plug in the mop, leave it standing up right, and walk away. I had one that turned on by itself, and ruined a floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great cleaning for porcelin tile floors. Love the mop. However, the mop barely makes it to two years without the steam element giving out. I am on my third mop. It does get pricey replacing the mops. If I had the mop fixed, it would cost more than a replacement. I think you should give a returning customer a discount.
