One thing I would improve is being able to use it with regular tap water instead of buying distilled water all the time. Also I was hoping this product would clean better the grout joints on my ceramic floors it is mainly the reason why I bought it, however after 3 times usage they are slightly lighter. Overall Im happy with my purchase as Im a dog owner and I have 3 small kids but there is always room for improvement.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the PowerFresh Steam Mop Hard Floor Steam Cleaner to clean both my ceramic tile floors and my laminate wood floors. It does a great job cleaning my floors and since it uses distilled water, I know there are no harmful chemicals left on my floor. I use the Level 3 Steam Setting for the ceramic tile floors and the Level 1 Steam Setting for the laminate flooring.

We just bought a new house with a lot of tile and wanted something that eliminated bringing around a big bucket of dirty water, this is perfect! It took about 30 minutes to do our entire downstairs. My husband had spilt coffee andrew it sit a few days, it took about 10-15 seconds to hover over and then go over with the brush and it was gone! So awesome!

I highly recommend this mop, it works great and does a really good job at cleaning all the dog slobbers off my kitchen floor that's hardwood by the way...lol!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have textured tile and the steam mop works great for that. My only complaint is the cap does not screw onto the water tank very well. I'm assuming the threads are not lined up and hoping that with use, that will correct itself.

It is easy to use, requires water - no special formula to buy - and small and easy to store! The pads are clean and easy to throw in the washer! I will never go without a steam mop ever again!

The cord is quite long, so you can finish a room without having to change outlets. It can steam off the stickiest drops on the floor. Easy to refill and you never get your hands dirty or wet. I would definitely recommend it!!

So far, I really like how much dirt is picked up in the pad. It seems to do a very thorough job of cleaning. The water filling system is very easy to use. The scrubbing option could be a bit better.

I purchased this item since my daughter was looking for a steam mop with her new place with tile floor, so I recommended this item and she liked the review she saw as well, and now she's got it and she loves it. and we love it too, so easy to operate and sanitize whole floor.

We have a large home and this makes cleaning the floors less of a chore. It is wonderful at getting my floors clean. I wish I had bought this years ago. Buy one. You won't regret it.
