[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace my second or third steamboost mop I've had over the years. Its a bit more "cumbersome" than the steamboost and you can't get into the smaller spaces that you can with the steambooat. Since there is a removable and washable cleaning pad, it will be a bit hard to tell how the cleaning is going over time as the pad will become completely gray. This mop goes through the water and/or scented water quickly, especially on the high steam setting. The medium setting seems to be sufficient though. The worst part about this mop is the plug. It does not stay in the outlet! I have to use a GFI outlet for it to stay in the wall! It will be interesting to see if the additional cost for this "upgraded" steam mop will be worth it over time and how long it will last.

It's amazing at how much dirt it picks up, best to buy extra pads. Great for a home with small kids and dogs. This is the second one I've purchased which will go to my sons new home.

I love this steam mop so much. It gets my tile floors so clean without any chemicals or scrubbing. However, I noticed it wouldn't stand up on its own and kept falling backwards or on its side. I realized if the handle was leaning forward and balanced just so, it would stay up, but after a while it would lose its balance and fall over again. I'd been leaning it against the wall while it was heating up, as there was nothing to click it into place and hold it upright. I watched a Youtube video on the product and noticed they are supposed to stand up on their own like a vacuum cleaner. I contacted the company and received wonderful customer service. I really hope my new one works better, because it does a wonderful job cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the product on my linoleum floors. I like that I don't have to use any chemicals, and it only used 2 cups of water to clean the entire floor. I like the rectangular shape of the head so that it can clean the corners of the room. It's very easy to use and it isn't a strain on the back.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently purchased this Bissell steam floor cleaner, I found it extremely easy to use,very affordable and it cleans my floors very well. The floors look great and the steam gets into the crevices where the dirt gets trapped. I have substantial amount of flooring to clean and I only had to refill the water reservoir once.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this brand. Have had a few others over the years and thought they worked well, until I bought my Bissell and saw the difference. The only thing I would not use is the power fresh pad I found it too strong an aroma for me.

Home is done for first time, all hardwood and laminated flooring. We have a small dog and a pee pad area. We used the scrubber pad in this area then left it on for the rest of the house. That makes the unit hard to push around, especially for a tall person as I am. The only other short coming, if that is one, was locating where the scent pad is placed. We probably just overlooked it in the instructions. I was pleasantly surprised to see how long a water tank fill lasted, did 60% or more of our home, (1350 sq ft).

We use this steam mop every day in our small business. Our floors are tile with light colored grout. The extra scrub brush on the back of the mop really scrubs the grout clean. I ordered extra mop heads so that I do not have to wash one each day. With multiple mop heads, we can mop every day, but only have to wash them all once per week. We use a clean mop head every day. We also take the water container out of the mop each day. Super easy to use, quiet and doesn't use chemicals to get our floors sparkling clean.

Friends recommended this product to us and we couldn't be more pleased with it. Every floor just feels so clean when we are finished! We use this product ourselves and also have introduced our cleaning people to it. My cleaning people love using it and have dispensed with their mop!
