Steam cleaner is quite light and easy to maneuver. With a full tank I can clean my entire kitchen and one bathroom. It heats up quick and really gets the floor clean. I am very happy with this purchase. Having 3 small dogs, I am worried about the chemicals we spread around our house. They snatch up anything that falls to the floor (anything), so having a chemical-free cleaning option was a plus for us.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have porcelain tile in almost every room in our home. Unfortunately because of the color and finish on the tile it shows everything! I decided we needed a steamer to clean it more often and a friend told me she has this steamer and she has the same tile we do. So I ordered one and it works really well. I also ordered extra steamer pads so that I could clean the entire floor at once. I does a great job on the tile and is lightweight and easy to check and add water to the tank.

Recently , we have purchased the Green machine for pet households and it's fabulous. No need to play around with other cleaners or rentals. It does a better job than the commercial companies plus you can use it anytime for touch ups. Sharon M

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product and how fresh and clean everything feels once I'm done with the floors. I wish it would not start all over with the steam light flashing every time I just move the plug from one outlet to the next. It is only 30 secs each time but when you are doing a big open space its a little annoying. Other than that I do love how it works. It's super light and easy to use, little to no set up for the mop. The scent disc - wish it came in more scents. The one it comes with is quite strong and no other options.

Great little steam machine. Seems to get the floor clean with less effort than using the mop and bucket. Plus no more detergent. It is great to have a clean floor with just water and less work. The product gets 5 stars but having to wait an extra 5 days to get the product was not good. 2 out of three items in the order were wrong, but as I said the product is good the shipping department needs some help.

This steam mop is easily filled and heats up fast and removes more dirt than you even knew was on the floor and the cord length works perfectly for us. The two individual steam mop heads are easily attached and fit snug. As directed, we also recommend using distilled water...not tap water...as we LOVE sanitizing our floors and carpet with this steam mop and want it to last FOREVER...but will buy the same one if ever needed! No regrets with this purchase...this is a 5 STAR PRODUCT!

Best 2 features: stay on steam (don't have to pull a trigger) & removable water tank. The feature I don't think is the best design is the scrubber pedal. It's hard to engage when the mop head is on.

Pros: - Long cord - Wide cleaning path - Carpet glider attachment - Stands upright Cons - Awful water tank design. Like, criminally bad. - Mop pads a pain to get on - Has to go through 20-30 second reheat prep cycle anytime it's unplugged and plugged back in I've previously owned a Shark Genius mop and a PureClean pull-behind steam mop. I loved the Shark because you don't have to touch the pads and it's very easy to fill and get going, but it fell over a lot because it can't stand on it's own and it crapped out by year two. The PureClean was awesome because you could do the whole house in one go with no refill or reheating and had a lot of attachments, but it took a while to get hot so it wasn't good for quick cleans. It lasted me 5 years. I chose this Bissell thinking it'd be easy to use and I liked the idea of being able to steam my carpets, but I just don't enjoy using it. The water tank is hard to pull out, it had almost no grip to the design so you have to grip it very tight and pull up to get it out. Because it's angled on the top, you can't set it down on the counter to fill it up or it'll topple over. You have to hold it in one hand the entire time, and pour water in with the other. This is by far the dumbest part of the entire design. Also, it only holds enough water for about 800 square feet at a time, so if you're doing a larger area, you'll have to turn off the mop, take the tank out, unscrew it, refill it, put the lid back on, place it back in, then wait for the reheat. With my genius I could just pop the tank door open and pour more water in. The mop pads wrap around the bottom of the mop with elastic, which I didn't think would be an issue, but it's a pain compared to my last two mops. I have to flip the whole mop upside down and try to grip it between my legs, or lay it down on the floor to put a new pad on. Taking the pad off isn't too bad because of the pull tabs, but you still have to touch it. With my last to mops I just threw the pad on the floor and placed the head on the pad. The Shark used a folding design and the PureBliss was like a velcro. Don't get me wrong, this mop cleans well and the carpet glider is a nice-to-have, but I wouldn't buy it again or recommend it to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The steam does a great job cleaning my laminate floors and tiled bathrooms. The only draw back is the cord. I would prefer a battery driven device, but I assume that generating the steam by battery is a problem. I'm sure Bissell is working on that.
