[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third PowerFresh Steam Mop. I use it on my kitchen floor and my foyer. I think it is great, especially for seniors that cannot get on their hands and knees to wash the floor. The only improvement I would like to see is an on/off switch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the steam mop on our tiled floors. The mop works great and even helps to keep the grout looking new. It heats up quick and also makes the task of mopping the floors quick. I have tried other steam mops and they were terrible, and luckily I was able to return them. This is by far the best steam mop that I have ever used.

I recently moved and now have tile floors throughout the apartment. I love the steam mop as it was easy to assemble and does a great job cleaning the floors without me getting on my hands and knees or using a regular mop (which I have to then wait for it to dry.)

The steam gets into all the little nooks & crannies. The floors dry very quickly and not having to use "chemical" products is a huge plus! Does a great job of cleaning. My only minor issue: when hanging the mop the head doesn't lie flat , it juts out horizontally.

But the bonus is the peace of mind knowing that my floors are clean & not sticky as well as receiving top of the line personalized customer service with it after I contacted them for support after my order. World class in my books! Now I have the carpet cleaner next on my list.

use this as our regular mop. Heats up quickly and is very easy to use. love that it stands on its own while I move kitchen chairs etc to really clean around the table. It doesn't take up a lot of space in the closet so I keep in the closet just off the kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great! I live in an apartment and it stores nicely in the corner. I used it on tile and older wood floors. I use the lowest setting for the wood floors and don't hold it in one spot for too long. My floors are spotless. Love that everything is so clean and I didn't have to use chemicals. I have 3 dogs and get very nervous about using chemicals to clean my floors.

When covid broke out, I used my first steam mop to sanitize everything in this house, mattress, pillows, sofa, chairs, carpet, kitchen, entryway, bathrooms, woodwork, stairs, and my first I had for 8 years, and I still have it. Plus when you vacuum and steam mop floors, this is exercise, and when using a steam mop, to sanitize one's home it's good for our health. These steam mops heat up to 100 degrees, I also have one of the Bissell vacuum cleaners, and I love it too. I was taking care of our daughter when she was having babies, and I was using her steam mop, and I purchased my first steam mop.
