We don't use the "PowerFresh" stuff----------full on fans of no perfumey stuff stinking up our air. But this steam mop works just fine, keeping our kitchen floor clean without chemicals. The unit itself works well, but my housemate (the guy who mops the kitchen floor) has said he misses the extra handle which was located midway down on our old Bissell steam mop (model 1867-7). f

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not proud to say this, but I have barely cleaned my tile floors in my house in the last 13 years. Yes, they are darker now, but muted. The grout is darker, but some would say aging well. Ha. I read about this steamer and had to give it a try. WOW. It was transformative. It's like I have a new house again. This is the real deal. If you have years of grime on your tile floors, you must try this. I did work up a sweat but that it because I had 13 years of dirt to deal with. I plan on keeping this up and leisurely pushing this around to keep things sparkly. I can't wait to try on my hardwoods. They are next. Try it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice, light and easy to use steam mop. I have owned several different brands, shapes and sizes , 3 to be exact, and this Bissell model is by far my favorite. I love the fresh disc option, it leaves the floors smelling fresh and crispy clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how lightweight and easy it is to maneuver, carry upstairs, etc. The swivel head and brush make it so easy to get into difficult places. The cord is nice and long to get around multiple rooms. The 3 steam options are excellent for the variety of floorings that are in my home. The addition of a small scented disc really makes each room smell fresh and clean/without overwhelming you. Love knowing that I have sterilized my home floors! The only part that I am finding difficult is keeping the pad clean, especially if the substance I have cleaned is particularly sticky (eg., hairspray residue).

I'm using it on my tile and laminate floors and next I am trying it on my shower walls. The cord is long enough, the water holder is big enough to do 1200 sq. Feet and my grout lines are sparkling. It dries so quick and I can even get the head around my toilet. I'm so glad you invented this on time for my footage, lightweight and no more knees!! Thanx Bissell!

We have a 6 month old puppy who has had some health challenges; primarily severe skin allergies. It has been important to keep his living area clean and chemical free. When I would mop the floor prior to the steam mop purchase, I would have to be sure to remove any soap residue and rinse the floor thoroughly. This was time consuming and I was always worried that I did not get the floor surface clean and soap residue free. Enter into my world the PowerFresh Steam Mop! What a difference it has made. My kitchen floor is clean and chemical free. I no longer worry that the puppy's laying on the floor or playing on the floor is going to have his skin issues exacerbated by chemicals, and in addition, I am sure my floor is super clean for we humans too! I tested my mother's Shark, which she loves, and read many reviews. Although the Shark worked well, the reviews online did not favor Shark for durability, quality control, nor customer service. I read many favorable comments from Bissel owners and decided to rely on the Bissel name for quality cleaning products. My steam mop works great! It was very easy to pop together and cleaned my floors beautifully! The only reason for the 4 starts is that there is a small amount of resistance (may be an unavoidable characteristic of a steam mop?) when pushing the steam mop across a floor. Overall I love my new steam mop! My floors look great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this because of reviews and recommendation from a family member. I was tired of the mops with single use pads. I felt like I was just spreading the dirt around unless I changed the pad frequently. I also liked the idea of sanitizing the floors. This mop is lightweight and easy to use, swivel head makes maneuvering a breeze! I throw it in the wash, hang it to dry (doesn't take long), and it's ready to use again. I did purchase an extra pad so that I always have one clean. I feel like my floors are cleaner and I'm not continuously spending $ on replacement mop pads; which also cuts down on what's going into my garbage - just trying to do my part! I really like this product and would highly recommend it!
