I use the soft all white cleaning pads to do my ceramic counters and it is really helping to clean the grout. The same with the tile floors. I am very impressed with the job that it does. you may want to throw on some wax with some finishes, but the PowerFresh steam mop is quick and a real time saver!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When one uses the steam mop, one can feel the incredible heat from the steam that is residual under the functionary steam head...just use it bare-footed! And that is what is so incredible about this machine...steam heat!! You KNOW your floor is 'healthy' with NO nasty bacteria and viruses. That is SO rewarding in this day and age of disinfectants...you get CLEAN floors and CLEANER feelings about EVERYTHING associated with pets...and isn't that what is mandatory! Maybe a tad of litter from the cat box, but that is ALL! I cannot say enough about this steam mop!!

The small brush that you can press down (and one thing I was looking forward to) is to be honest useless. It does not really provide any difference in the cleaning process - although it sounded like a great concept. The steamer itself is good until the cloth gets too wet and then it is just water. I love the long cord that it comes with and the size of the water receptacle as it allows to clean a bigger surface than my previous one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use our steam mop on our kitchen and bathroom floors. It is easy-to-use, lightweight, and gives a much deeper better clean than our old swiffer mop. I like that cleaning products are not used, as I don't care for residue and heavy scents.

use this as our regular mop. Heats up quickly and is very easy to use. love that it stands on its own while I move kitchen chairs etc to really clean around the table. It doesn't take up a lot of space in the closet so I keep in the closet just off the kitchen

My previous steam mop had a small triangular head extending mop time - this rectangular mop head is large making a quick job of cleaning. The cat's litter box area is easy to maintain also. Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Couldn't believe the dirt it cleaned off my tile floors when I thought the floor was clean. Works great and cleans great with just steam and distilled water . Main use is on porcelain floors. Easy to use . Scent discs give a good smell when done .
