We have a small dog and I washed the floors regularly "the old fashioned way" but this was easier and just as good if not better. I have bought one for my home and my daughters as well.

It is easy to use, requires water - no special formula to buy - and small and easy to store! The pads are clean and easy to throw in the washer! I will never go without a steam mop ever again!

My only complaint is that the box was torn up when delivered & the carpet attachment had some scuffs as if it had been used before. I love the way it made my floors feel, it also dries really fast. Much better than using the Swiffer mop like we have been using for years. Seems cleaner & you don't have to wait to dry. This product is also kind of difficult to push on the floor until you've been using it a while and the cloth gets wet.

Long cord makes it easy for me to mop all of my tile rooms without unplugging. Reusable cloth catches dirt well and cleans easily in the wash. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love the Bissell Steam Mop! We have tile and hard wood floors and it cleans them very well! All you do is add water, wait 30 seconds and start cleaning! It is easy to use and light weight. The mop moves easily and the head turns to make getting into tight spaces easily! I use this cleaner at least 2 times a week as our floors get a lot of traffic. The cloth mop part is removable and machine washable. I loved it so much I bought one for my daughter. My neighbor also bought one after seeing how well it works! I would highly recommend this product and would buy another

I use it almost daily to keep up with my pets and kids. I wish more mop pads cane with it though to have spares

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first used this product in the kitchen. My kitchen tile grout is discoloured from 7 years of cooking and pets and kids making messes. It was great to use only water to clean the floor. It felt like it picked up all the stickiness from the usually floor cleaner I use. Looked like the tiles will need more times going over the grout, as the dirt is deeply set-in.

I use this product on tile floors. It does an OK job. My previous steamer did not have a swivel head, so I am getting used to this feature. I wish the pad was thicker, seams like I am pushing water across the floor and leaving residue in the grout rather then steam cleaning the floor.

We don't use the "PowerFresh" stuff----------full on fans of no perfumey stuff stinking up our air. But this steam mop works just fine, keeping our kitchen floor clean without chemicals. The unit itself works well, but my housemate (the guy who mops the kitchen floor) has said he misses the extra handle which was located midway down on our old Bissell steam mop (model 1867-7). f

Love the brush lever for hard to lift stains on my floors, especially the grout on my tiles, cleans them up perfectly. I really love that fact that there is no water filter to this machine. Scent boosters are a nice touch. So glad I replaced my old Bissell steam mop which worked like a charm with the Bissell Power Fresh Pet Steam Mop even better !!!! #sweepstakes
