I would have given 5 stars but had a couple of small issues that I would love to see changed in future models. First was the instructions to put together the unit were lacking....thankfully we have YouTube, there seemed to be an extra piece in our package and we couldnt understand why it wasnt mentioned, its the part you set the unit in when not using, but took us a while to come to that conclusion not even YouTube addressed that. Also there was vague instruction to find the snap in area to make it click together. We finally succeeded by watching a video. Lastly, the size of the fluid holder on the unit is really small, I have a 2600 sq ft house all tiled we had to refill often, for one or two hard floor rooms though this size is fine. Would be nice to have another model for larger work areas. On the positives side, this Bissell is the best ive used in the 6 years ive owned this completely tiled home (ive used many brands so far). I use this machine to do the entire house once a week completely and then a few times a week in the heavy traffic areas that get dirty quickly. This PowerFresh model scrubs the floor really well with the scrubbing pad on, it also doesnt flood the floor with moisture it produces more steam than other ive used and that is the secret to cleaner floors and faster drying time, we can walk on the floor just minutes after cleaning them (that impressed me the most!). The unit is lightweight and easy to use, easy ro change the pads and has a pocket for the discs that smell wonderful! When I wash the cleaning pads with other cleaning cloths the smell of the discs goes through the laundry and that was an added bonus for me. The other pad that comes with the unit, I use on a daily basis since its usually to just wipe up spills or shoe debris. The machine heats very fast. We are happy with this purchase. I love the sent disks but they are so potent! Feels like I walked into some botanical garden when I mop with this. Thank you for doing what you do! Keep up the darn thing ♡♡♡♡♡♡

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LOVE my new steamer. My old Swifter Steam Cleaner finally died after many years, hence this purchase. I use it on my tile floors in kitchen/great room, laundry room & linoleum bathroom floors. Three levels of steam ready immediately, wonderfully long power cord. Even cleans grout. Easy to use, comes with 4 cloth cleaning pads. I use distilled water. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using my steam mop for my bathroom floors. Love the attachment with the brush scrubber. Wish the triangle shaped attachment also had a scrubber. Yes I can detach the scrubber but can't attach it to the triangular shape

It dries the floor quickly, and does a very good job washing them. I am extremely happy with the product - it has made life much easier for me!

I have even ran my steamer over my carpets to keep my home looking, smelling, and maintenance clean. Just LOVE it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WOW, this steam mop is what they say it is and more! I am very O.C.D. And just moved into a new house with ceramic tile. It is amazing how clean this mop gets the floors! As soon as I used it the floors were shining. I believe you could eat off them they are that clean. Not only does it do the job but it is so easy to use. Everyone should have one of these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Bissell Steam Mop! It is so easy to use and does a fantastic job on both my tile and hard wood floors. I love that I can throw the mop covers in the wash- I'm trying to be much more conscious of my contributions to the land fills so something that is NOT disposable is attractive to me. I also like the fact that I can add essential oils to my steam cleaning routine. The entire system is extremely easy to use and I have the comfort that I'm "green cleaning" which is my main goal these days. I'm extremely happy with my new purchase from Bissell!

I have used steam mops for over a decade and this is by far the most efficient and best performing mop I have used to date. I highly recommend the carpet refresher attachment for area rugs. Truly helpful and easy to assemble and use product.

I also have a good amount of vinyl floors and this steam mop is great on all of my floors. It's easy to use whether you are doing a quick cleanup or an extensive cleaning. I love the way they dry almost immediately so, there's little chance of them being tracked on right away (by my dog)! It's much quicker to clean my floors with my steam mop than the old mopping way!
