[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the product overall. It cleans the floors and leaves them spotless without any use of harsh chemicals. One thing I would improve is being able to use it with regular tap water instead of buying distilled water all the time. Also I was hoping this product would clean better the grout joints on my ceramic floors it is mainly the reason why I bought it, however after 3 times usage they are slightly lighter. Overall Im happy with my purchase as Im a dog owner and I have 3 small kids but there is always room for improvement.

I purchased this cleaner to clean my hardwood floors. As a dog owner, my hardwood floors can see a mess now and then. Setting up the steam cleaner was easy and using it is even easier. Once done, I just put the micro fiber pad in the wash to prepare it for use again.

I use it almost daily to keep up with my pets and kids. I wish more mop pads cane with it though to have spares

Great little machine. Like the small brush on the back for good cleaning. The cleaning head turns to fit into all corners/areas. Wonderful machine. I have a Bissell carpet cleaner which I love so thought I would give this little machine a try. Could not be happier with my purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the PowerFresh Steam Mop Hard Floor Steam Cleaner to clean both my ceramic tile floors and my laminate wood floors. It does a great job cleaning my floors and since it uses distilled water, I know there are no harmful chemicals left on my floor. I use the Level 3 Steam Setting for the ceramic tile floors and the Level 1 Steam Setting for the laminate flooring.

I am very satisfied with the Bissell Steam Mop. It does a great job on the hardwood floors as well as the tile floors. The added scent disc really gives the final touch to the well cleaned floors. I had the original steam mop from Bissell and it finally ran out of steam and did not hesitate to replace it with another Bissell. Keep up the great expectation on your products.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the mop on the tile flooring in our house. It does an effective job of cleaning. I have only used the new mop twice, but I had the same model for about four years, before it just died. Previous to that I had a different Hoover steam mop, but it lasted only a year before mineral build up killed it. Since that time I have always used distilled water in it. The new one appears to be exactly the same as the previous one, with the same drawbacks: finicky (sticks easily during a pivot, if not just at the angle it likes), water container cap is substandard (not robust enough and washer is finicky --- one on previous model cracked about 1 1/2 years in and I had to glue it together to avoid waiting for a replacement order) and the final drawback is that the air freshener discs come in small quantities at a sky high price (that price is before shipping, as I haven't seen any stocked in local stores).

We bought the steam cleaner on the advice of family members who have had one for a few years. Until now we have used soap and a mop to wash both our bamboo hardwood and polished concrete floors in our home. We have used the PowerFresh Steam mop twice now and it has done a great job on both floors... in less than half the time of the old mop and with less than 50% of the effort required! We are glad that we purchased the product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's a good product,, however the limitations is that it does not work effectively to disinfect the floors as you need to keep the steam in one spot for at least15 seconds to disinfect which is not necessarily practical. It is a good cleaner, but not to disinfect. The cord is long enough, the steam heats up within seconds and the water dispenser is removable, which is key. All in all, it is a good product.
