I ordered it online directly from the Bissell website. I managed to get a bundle package which included a box of scent discs and replacement mop pads, also included free S&H. I only wish it didn't leave streaks on my hardwood but overall it works wonderfully on ceramic and cushion flooring.

I use it on my tile floors in kitchen/great room, laundry room & linoleum bathroom floors. Three levels of steam ready immediately, wonderfully long power cord. Even cleans grout. Easy to use, comes with 4 cloth cleaning pads. I use distilled water. Highly recommend.

And on my hands and knees. This was a back breaking chore. Then I took a chance on one more steam mop. I tried bissell. The angels sang. Wow. I can keep my floor and have a product that works to keep it clean. Grandchildren, 4 cats and 3 dogs, bring it on. I got this now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little machine. Cleaned the floors with little effort, the water tanks holds more water than I thought. I suspected I would have to fill the water tank very often, but that was not the case. I was amazed at how much dirt this machine took off my tile floors. Didn't clean the grout as well as I expected, but after I cleaned the grout separately, it has kept them cleaner that a regular mop did. Pads are very think and absorbent, and the scrub tool is very handy for the stuck on messes you come across when you have pets. Have already recommended to friends and family, well worth the money even though it was not expensive for what you get!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buy this if you want CLEAN floors - clean they squeak when I walk barefooted! Large mop head cuts down on mop time. Steam control easy to use as needed. Best steam mop I've used, and there have been many. Too bad it can't be used on wax finished hardwood floors - that would make my life so much easier, but that's another story.
