Great little steam machine. Seems to get the floor clean with less effort than using the mop and bucket. Plus no more detergent. It is great to have a clean floor with just water and less work. The product gets 5 stars but having to wait an extra 5 days to get the product was not good. 2 out of three items in the order were wrong, but as I said the product is good the shipping department needs some help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have looked and looked for a floor cleaner for a long time. Read all reviews, and this machine came out on top! What a whizz! I used the scrubber only for a short time when it first arrived. Wonderful!!! Can't believe we have been living without this machine. It was put together quickly, heated quickly, and cleaned within minutes what would have taken me hours! People just don't know what they are missing. The machine runs on water, and floor pads that can be put in the washing machine. What a great machine!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans well , it takes a minute to heat and when you run out of cord and have to unplug it and plug back in then it must reheat again all over. Otherwise I really like it. Cleans well , water bottle hold enough water to do most of the house .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a bissel crosswave but wanted something for weekly cleaning. The Powerfresh steam mop is wonderful not heavy and cleans surface dirt well Scent discs smell great. My floors look great I am very pleased

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Does the job. The steam coverage area could be wider. The steam tend to be directed more around the middle of the foot print. In high gloss areas streaks tend to be left behind when the pad is soaked with extended usage. Would be better when used in conjuction with drying slippers.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've only used this once so far, but I loved it! We have wall to wall sealed hardwood, and 3 cats that I don't want to hurt with chemical cleaners. I used the lowest steam setting and a few spots took a couple of passes, but I think it did a really great job! It didn't seem as loud as some other reviewers said it was, and my cats were curious and walked where I had just steamed and didn't seem to mind the eucalyptus scented water, either. I'm excited to use it again! And again!
