[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This steam mop worked great on my laminate wood floors! It was so easy to use and got even the stickiest spots off no problem! I was surprised with how dirty the removable pad was after I was done! Would definitely recommend buying this!

You can control the levels of steam, and it will steam the pad on the bottom constantly and works very well to clean up any kind of mess. The scent pads are a nice way to freshen up a space, but all it takes is a little water to completely clean and sanitize your floors. I even use this thing on my table, it works wonders!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been great so far. I'm loving how easy it is to maneuver on the floors. The moveable head and trapezoid shaped head allows to move around corners and tight spots. It's very hot steam, leaves the floor warm. The long cord is great to get around a large room. The pads are easy to put on, stay put and ate durable. They hold a lot, I'm able to do multiple rooms with one pad. I live the fact that it stands upright on its own!

Are your floors even clean without a steam mop? No they are not! I have been using regular mops with pads and even the Norwex mop and when I used this steam mop, I was shocked to see how dirty my floors were. I feel so happy now knowing my child is playing on clean floors.

The small brush that you can press down (and one thing I was looking forward to) is to be honest useless. It does not really provide any difference in the cleaning process - although it sounded like a great concept. The steamer itself is good until the cloth gets too wet and then it is just water. I love the long cord that it comes with and the size of the water receptacle as it allows to clean a bigger surface than my previous one.

Bought for home use by myself and wife. Previous Bissell steam mop stopped working after about 6-7 years of use. This steam mop is even better and cost around the same amount. Easy to use, like choice of steam level and fragrance inserts. Super product. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mop after using my sister's at her home. It is super simple to clean as you only have to throw the pad in the washer. You don't have to take it apart after every clean like some mops. Steam picks up dirt in places that others don't.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely am so happy I decided to buy a steam mop. It cleans very nicely, especially on my slate tile flooring! The only thing I wish was improved was the water tank. It can be difficult to grip and slide out. Otherwise it's definitely a MUST if you've been hesitant!

I have used this many more times then I would ever drag a mop around the floors because it is just so easy to use! I just might take it back to Canada to use in my house up there and purchase another one for this house in Florida! I bought two extra mop head cloths for it so I had one to use and one to wash and that has proven to be an excellent idea! I have told all my neighbours to purchase one and quit mopping !
