[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the PowerFresh Steam Mop. I have used it twice now and it does a fine job. I am so happy not to use a mop and a pail. It is very easy to use and for my home I have to fill the reservoir twice to get the job done. I use Publix purified water which apparently is the same as distilled water. I've washed the mop head twice now and I wish it would come out looking cleaner. I like the perfume disks that came with the mop. Overall I'm pleased with this purchase and I hope the product lasts for years.

Worth it. It's easy and simple to use. Perfect for college kids. I got one for my friend's elderly mom because she loved mine so much and is user friendly.

I use this steam mop mostly on tile floors. It seems to clean them well. It leaves the floor wetter than other stems mops I've had but it dries guickly. You can't actually see the steam as in the other steam mops I've used but you can hear the water gurgling. So far I am very pleased with the way this mop cleans. Changing the mop head is much easier then other mops and you can get into corners. I would recommend this mop to others!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great cleaning for porcelin tile floors. Love the mop. However, the mop barely makes it to two years without the steam element giving out. I am on my third mop. It does get pricey replacing the mops. If I had the mop fixed, it would cost more than a replacement. I think you should give a returning customer a discount.

Does a great job on grout , sticky kitchen cooking splatter, and dirty footprints when bringing in food thru the garage. Setup is quick and simple. Mopping is a breeze. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Product was shipped promptly and arrived in just a few days and, more importantly, in good shape. Easy to assembly. Followed instructions and used it on our kitchen floor (tile). Was amazed at how much dirt came up from a "clean" floor that was just moped the day before. Plenty of steam too. Not sure about using it on the carpeted rooms with the slider attachment that was provided. Will have to experiment some time. I am anxious to use it on our hardwood floors in other parts of the house. Would highly recommend the 1940 based on its performance so far. Have several other Bissell products that are great so I expect this item to be every bit as good.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many years of service from my Oreck Steam Mop which finally bite the dust and was too costly to repair as it has been discontinued, we decided to switch back to Bissell. Prior to Oreck we were devoted to the less than $100 unit for several years. Each time they failed we just replaced it with a new unit. Hopefully this fantastic Power Fresh unit gives us at 2 yrs of great service.

I just purchased my hard floor steam cleaner a few weeks ago. I am very happy with the results I have gotten from it. I have 3 furbabies so it's important to me to use as few chemicals as possible around them. This does the job and is chemical free. The only thing I would change is I wish you would get to mop cloths instead of just the one. That way if one was in the wash there would be another one available.
