[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just recently purchased this Bissell steam floor cleaner, I found it extremely easy to use,very affordable and it cleans my floors very well. The floors look great and the steam gets into the crevices where the dirt gets trapped. I have substantial amount of flooring to clean and I only had to refill the water reservoir once.

We bought the steam cleaner on the advice of family members who have had one for a few years. Until now we have used soap and a mop to wash both our bamboo hardwood and polished concrete floors in our home. We have used the PowerFresh Steam mop twice now and it has done a great job on both floors... in less than half the time of the old mop and with less than 50% of the effort required! We are glad that we purchased the product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Temp is reached almost immediately. As it stands, it's great. However, I would like to make a couple of suggestions for future designs. The first one is the removal of the water tank. As a senior citizen, it is difficult to pull it out without some sort of hand hold. My grip is not very strong. The second issue for me is the awkwardness of putting on the cleaning fabric. There are plenty of positives - temp, easy to manage, and the attachment to steam carpets. I am a happy customer.

Vacuuming left my floors clean but this steam mop gives it a much more cleaner and sparkly finish; which we love. Also its quite easy to use and heats up fast. My only issue is unlike my vacuum this steam mop is not cordless (though there is a long cord).

I just purchased my hard floor steam cleaner a few weeks ago. I am very happy with the results I have gotten from it. I have 3 furbabies so it's important to me to use as few chemicals as possible around them. This does the job and is chemical free. The only thing I would change is I wish you would get to mop cloths instead of just the one. That way if one was in the wash there would be another one available.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with the lightweight steam mop. First use gave me clean floors with little effort and using the steam mop was easy on my back. The mop is very maneuverable with a head that easily swivels into corners, around furniture and under counters. I got about 20 minutes of steam from one tank of water and decided to order two additional tanks to help me complete cleaning tasks without having to go across the house to get more bottled water. The PowerFresh Steam Mop does the job and I am pleased with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have textured tile and the steam mop works great for that. My only complaint is the cap does not screw onto the water tank very well. I'm assuming the threads are not lined up and hoping that with use, that will correct itself.

I really enjoy how the water filter can be taken off and refilled. Definitely worth the money for the ease of cleaning floors. Especially if you have children.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a great steamer!! I have engineered hardwood floors that are light and recently found that oil and stains were making it look dirty. My friend suggested I buy this steamer and I can't believe the difference. Not only did it get stains out, I realized just mopping wasn't doing the job on all my floors, it even brightened up the grout in bathrooms. Highly recommend, KJ
