[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this Bissell Steam Mop! It is awesome! It is light weight and easy to use. You just add water wait 30 seconds and off we go! I have hardwood and tile floors and it works wonders on both! The cloth is easy to take off and on and is machine washable!! I use mine every few days as we have a lot of foot traffic in our house. I love it so much I got one for my daughter who just moved into a house! My best friend also bought one. I would highly recommend!! Thank you!!

I just rinse thoroughly under hot water, ring it out by hand, and stick it back on the mop. Refilling is quick and the bottle holds enough water for several uses before needing to be refilled. It is light and easy to store. I use it all the time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced old tile floors a couple years ago. Our tile floors seem to attract dirt that is impossible to really clean. Do to my age (80) can't get down on floors to scrub to the point I feel they are clean. Finally dawned on me to try steam. Should have done it earlier. Saw ad for Bessel on tv & it finally clicked in that that might be worth a try. Steamer does the job I was striving for. Thanks!!!!

No one likes to clean a floor but this Bissell is so easy to use that you don't mind grabbing for it. Its lite weight, easy to load with water and very maneuverable. Most importantly it works. My oak hardwood floors come up super clean with minimal effort. It should have been called Bissell Floor Buddy.

Great little machine. Like the small brush on the back for good cleaning. The cleaning head turns to fit into all corners/areas. Wonderful machine. I have a Bissell carpet cleaner which I love so thought I would give this little machine a try. Could not be happier with my purchase.

Using a mop doesn't even compare, I wish I had discovered this product years ago, it would have saved me years of frustration, dissatisfaction, and money, when using a mop, or other products I tried.

It does the job, however, the steam is going constantly, my older model had a button so ot wouldn't have the steam going all the time, I wish this one had the "on demand" option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had one of the original Bissell Steam Mop Hard Floor Steam Cleaners I had to toss out after a critical part broke and decided to replace it with the new model. SO glad I did! What an improvement! Glad they kept the long cord (a must) but even better is the ability to dispense non-stop steam without having to constantly release it yourself. With my old model, it seemed as if you'd go through the solution way too quickly and end up with just a wet pad. The 1940 has a larger mop base and good thinking to include a tray so the wet mop is not sitting on the surface when not in use. Very happy with my purchase!
