[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this steam mop and use it on my hardwood and porcelain tile floors. It is easy to use and the area dries quickly after use. My floors look and feel (in stocking feet) clean. The dirt and grit are removed without scrubbing and harsh chemicals.

Only used it twice so far. I like the way it cleans my only complaint is the towel sort of comes off of the front when cleaning. Doesn't seem to really change the way it cleans but wish it hooked on a little better. In other reviews I noticed a lot of complaints about the plastic knob for the water tank. It is kind of cheap so I'm just being very careful with it.

I have used this many more times then I would ever drag a mop around the floors because it is just so easy to use! I just might take it back to Canada to use in my house up there and purchase another one for this house in Florida! I bought two extra mop head cloths for it so I had one to use and one to wash and that has proven to be an excellent idea! I have told all my neighbours to purchase one and quit mopping !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the most part I'm very pleased with this product. It takes quite a while before the blue light goes off and you can start steaming. I do like there are different steam temperature settings. It doesn't fall over as much as the old version. I thought it was a little high for the price.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved it!! I'm a housekeeper and I was thinking to sanitize the floors of my clients once in a while. And this steam mop is just perfect!! It's easy to fill the container with water, love the fact that has 3 options for the steam, very good price, easy to move around and more than everything .. the floors dry really fast even in the low steam setting. Definitely recommended 100%.

Cap for water reservoir is not that easy to use,. Takes more time to secure the cap than it does to clean my floor. That's why the 4* rating.

I researched again just to see if there was a better one out there in the span of those years, nope, this one still has the best reviews. My neighbor loaned me her Power Steam Mop and I was so impressed by the clean floor that I ordered the Bissell Steam Mop the same day on-line and received it from Bissell two days later. I definitely recommend this product.
