[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After many years of service from my Oreck Steam Mop which finally bite the dust and was too costly to repair as it has been discontinued, we decided to switch back to Bissell. Prior to Oreck we were devoted to the less than $100 unit for several years. Each time they failed we just replaced it with a new unit. Hopefully this fantastic Power Fresh unit gives us at 2 yrs of great service.

We just bought a new house with a lot of tile and wanted something that eliminated bringing around a big bucket of dirty water, this is perfect! It took about 30 minutes to do our entire downstairs. My husband had spilt coffee andrew it sit a few days, it took about 10-15 seconds to hover over and then go over with the brush and it was gone! So awesome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very pleased that I made this purchase, I had another makers steam mop but it did not last long before it clogged and no steam. I have tile throughout my home and it did do a FANTASTIC job on cleaning it. I also noticed with the scrub pad it also cleaned the grout, not totally but enough to be noticed. One HUGE thing, make sure to use distilled water, not tap water with this mop!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice, light and easy to use steam mop. I have owned several different brands, shapes and sizes , 3 to be exact, and this Bissell model is by far my favorite. I love the fresh disc option, it leaves the floors smelling fresh and crispy clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mop is excellent! The large cleaning service really lets you get the job done fast! It is so light and easy to move around. I love the scrubby attachment! The only thing I miss is the handle that was on the front of my old Bissell steam mop; the handle made it easier to maneuver. All in all it's the best steam mop I've ever used.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered the wrong model by mistake ... wanted the model with a detachable hand held. Ended up with the Powerfresh pet model. It is great for the floors. Easy to use. Love the scented disc. Just wish I had ordered the detachable model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't like dirt or grit on my floors. It gets tracked from the tile to the carpet and drives me crazy. This machine just made my life so much easier because I don't have to keep ringing out a mop or buying disposable pads for one of those Swiffer things. I only used half the little tank of water and it did all my marble floors and left a fresh scent all over my house. I just pop the little terry cloth pad off and wash it out by hand with dish washing detergent. Hang it up to dry and it's ready to go for next time. Super fast and easy cuz it gets into tough areas and you can just do the entire house without stopping. The pad doesn't even get soaked and soggy. The steam evaporates enough that there isn't an issue with that. Love this thing and the price is so right.
