[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have looked and looked for a floor cleaner for a long time. Read all reviews, and this machine came out on top! What a whizz! I used the scrubber only for a short time when it first arrived. Wonderful!!! Can't believe we have been living without this machine. It was put together quickly, heated quickly, and cleaned within minutes what would have taken me hours! People just don't know what they are missing. The machine runs on water, and floor pads that can be put in the washing machine. What a great machine!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a replacement for a store bought steamer (Swifter Bissell Steamboost). This seemed to fit the bill for what I was looking for. I rotate between steam and mopping our 700 square foot tile floor. Without spending a lot of money it does a decent job. I do not mine the constant steam since the steam switch on my old one was the cause for it not working anymore. It took me a little bit of time to figure out the on and off switch, since it is not mentioned in the manual. The scent disks I do not use or would I buy scent water.

This product is so good at cleaning the floors and also cleaning up what ever little "surprises" the cats have left behind. The scrubbing mop head is great as well as the scrub attachment at the back. I was surprised the container that looked so small held enough water, even when I had the pressure on 3. Good product!

I'd give 3 1/2 stars if I could. I like this steam mop but I dislike how long it takes to start up, even when it's already hot. I had to unplug to go room to room and each time it took the same amount of time as the original plug in for the light to stop flashing and be "ready". Wasted a lot of time waiting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a used one about a year ago and when it died I was like well let's see how much I missed my steam mop...I MISSED it a LOT. So I treated myself to a new one from Bissel with a warranty and I'm super happy I did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this steamer. My only complaint is that it doesn't last long enough. However, water is hard and it is difficult to know how to keep minerals from building up and blocking steam. This is a problem with most steamers I have purchased and this Bissell remains my favorite despite its down sides. I haven't used the demineralizated water yet but overall, it is too expensive. There must be a more effective cheaper way.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the steam mop for my wood floors. Easy to use, gets the floors clean, lightweight to handle and store. So far, I really like it. Not 5 stars just because I haven't used it enough yet to see how it holds up. I've only had it a few weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this unit based on good on-line reviews. Since I have mostly tile floors, this will be my primary clean tool. So far, I really like how much dirt is picked up in the pad. It seems to do a very thorough job of cleaning. The water filling system is very easy to use. The scrubbing option could be a bit better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love my Bissell Power Fresh Steam Mop. It does a excellent job cleansing my kitchen and bath room tile floors. It is light enough to easily get out, fill and steam clean my tile floors. I originally bought the Cross Wave steam cleaner but it was too heavy to use often, although I do miss the fun of watching it suck up the dirty water. We do have an old indoor dog but she is not the problem. My husband tracks in a lot of dirt from the yard.
