[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that the water reservoir is detachable. It does a great job on my hardwood floors. The scrubber is a little awkward but works well. The only con is that I wish the handle was adjustable for height.

It works fine but found that I needed to go over my floor a second time with a clean cloth pad as it does leave some streaks.

It is easy to use, requires water - no special formula to buy - and small and easy to store! The pads are clean and easy to throw in the washer! I will never go without a steam mop ever again!

I especially like the idea of not using harsh soaps because I have dogs and would prefer a natural approach. This mop does a great job, is easy to use and is lightweight.

Plenty of power to go from tile right to carpet, the added light helps notice things on the floor day or night, is lightweight so no arm fatigue, a very long battery life, and gets lower to reach under furniture better then any I can remember. It's a definite buy if you are looking for a stick vacuum.

It's also easy to use & doesn't weigh much, which is great for my back. I would purchase this product again & have mentioned it to several of my friends who have pets & those who don't. It's a great time saver.

Works great and cleans great with just steam and distilled water . Main use is on porcelain floors. Easy to use . Scent discs give a good smell when done .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have 2000 sf of wood floors and have tried everything. This steam mop is THE BEST!! Light weight and easy to use. Gets the job done. I recommend the smell good disks or the scented water. The house smells amazing and floors are clean. I also suggest extra cloth covers so you don't bring a dirty cloth into the other rooms. I like to use one for each room. I highly recommend.

Never owned a steam mop before, so I didn't know what to expect. I've used this a few times and so far am impressed with how much dirt it removes from my tile floors. Holding it in place for 15 seconds in each area to kill germs is very time consuming, so I tend to reserve that for the bathroom areas. Overall, I really like the product.
