Getting the mop pad on and off is difficult. You have to pick up the entire machine and hold it with one hand/arm while you put the pad on with the other. The water reservoir is VERY difficult to get off. There's really nothing to grip with your fingers as you try and pull it up and off. Very poorly designed. If I were more motivated, I would have returned this and bought something else.

It heats the water and is ready to use in less then a minute. It is not hard to steam clean all of my tile. To my surprise, it dries very, very quickly, so I can use it before company comes and the floor is sparkling clean and dry when they arrive. . I love the little scent packets, too. The whole house is clean and smelling fresh in no time. Thank you Bissell; you made it a pleasure to steam clean my floors. The sweet little carpet attachment allows me to freshen up my area rugs, too. Best money I ever spent. Value, Value, Value

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent product, does what it needs to do for my hardwoods. Carpet attachment is only good for maybe killing germs, but nothing else. The "scrubby pads" don't scrub anything, so don't waste money (like I did) purchasing extras.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little machine. Cleaned the floors with little effort, the water tanks holds more water than I thought. I suspected I would have to fill the water tank very often, but that was not the case. I was amazed at how much dirt this machine took off my tile floors. Didn't clean the grout as well as I expected, but after I cleaned the grout separately, it has kept them cleaner that a regular mop did. Pads are very think and absorbent, and the scrub tool is very handy for the stuck on messes you come across when you have pets. Have already recommended to friends and family, well worth the money even though it was not expensive for what you get!

I have tile throughout my home and it did do a FANTASTIC job on cleaning it. I also noticed with the scrub pad it also cleaned the grout, not totally but enough to be noticed. One HUGE thing, make sure to use distilled water, not tap water with this mop!!!
